Acquisition of spare parts for minor inspections of Siemens groups SGT5-4000F (V94.3A) for the Unit of Oumache- Biskra

In return of a payment voucher by bank transfer in the National Bank of Algeria (BNA), located at: 06 Rue Mohamed Abbes- W. Biskra, Agency 386, to account N° 001 00386 0300 001 241/13, with an amount of 3000DZD.
The tenderers must address, in a single step, established separately, a technical offer, with no price indication, and a financial one mentioning the price.
The technical offers as well as the financial ones must be accompanied by the legal documents listed in the specifications.

All the technical offers must be accompanied at the moment of their submission or at the submission deadline utmost by a submission bail, established in the name of La Société Algérienne de Production de l’Electricité, Unité d’Oumache, with an amount of 750.000.00 DZD for the Algerian companies, and 5000.00 € for the foreign ones. The tenderers keep engaged to their technical-financial offers for a period of 180 days as from the offers’ submission deadline.
