NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PRE-QUALIFICATION

No. 02/2026/NAFTAL/B.CBR/DCQPM

The National Petroleum Products Marketing and Distribution Company - NAFTAL Spa, Fuels Branch, DCQPM, issues a National and International Pre-Qualification Tender to establish a shortlist of qualified companies regarding:

Acquisition of spare parts, consumables, and maintenance of laboratory equipment for the quality control of hydrocarbon products

Qualified candidates will be contacted during the supplier consultation process.

The pre-qualification withdrawal form can be obtained electronically from CBR-SEC.Metrologie@naftal.dz free of charge, or in person at la Direction Contrôle Qualité Produits et Metrologie, NAFTAL Branche Carburant, Aéroport HOUARI BOUMEDIENNE, BP 70, Dar El Beida – Alger

The deadline for withdrawing and submitting applications is Thirty (30) Days from the date of publication of this notice on BAOSEM.

The applicant must place the original application form and two (2) copies in separate, sealed inner envelopes.

The inner envelopes will be placed inside an outer, anonymous envelope bearing the following inscription :

AVIS D’APPEL A PRE QUALIFICATION NATIONAL ET INTERNATIONAL

 « A NE PAS OUVRIR »

Applications must be submitted to the General Registry Office (B.O.G.).

An ad-hoc committee will review the applications and establish a shortlist of companies that meet the criteria required by NAFTAL Spa.

Candidates whose applications are not selected will be notified.

The results of this process will be published on BAOSEM.
