NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR TENDERS N°11/TRC/MNT/APP/2023

RELATING TO THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF SPARE PARTS FOR THE ALLEN BRADLEY AND BENTLY NEVADA SYSTEMS IN TWO (02) SEPARATE LOTS:

LOT N°1: PDR FOR ALLEN BRADLEY SYSTEMS

LOT N°2: PDR FOR BENTLY NEVADA SYSTEMS

The SONATRACH Company, Pipeline Transport Activity, Supply Department B.P 08 Sidi Arcine - Baraki, Algiers, is launching a National and International Open Call for Tenders No:11/TRC/MNT/APP/2023, relating to the award of a contract for the acquisition of spare parts for the Allen Bradley and Bentley Nevada systems in two (02) separate lots:

LOT N°1: S.P FOR ALLEN BRADLEY SYSTEMS.

LOT N°2: S.P FOR BENTLY NEVADA SYSTEMS.

The Bidder may bid for one or two lots.

The two (02) stage submission method applies to this Call for Tenders.

The Tender Document can be collected from the address given below, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand (10,000.00) Algerian Dinars for companies under Algerian law or One Hundred (100) Euros for foreign companies.

Payment will be made by transfer to the IBAN bank account No. 002 000 05 05032 64 124 59- SWIFT: BEXADZALA 005, opened with the Banque Extérieure d'Algérie (BEA) agency Site SH - Djenane El Malik Hydra- Algiers (16000) Algeria.

The payment voucher as well as the copy of the electronic commerce register showing the activity code.

The payment receipt must bear the references of the bidding documents to be collected and must bear the name or company name of the bidder.

Upon receipt of the payment voucher and the copy of the trade register by SONATRACH on the email address cited above, the DAO will be sent by email to the bidder.

Under the first stage of this Call for Tenders, technical offers without any indication of price must be submitted in envelopes, to the address indicated above, no later than 60 days from the publication of this notice. in the BAOSEM energy and mining sector tender bulletin, paper format.

Any submission received after this deadline will be considered null and void, the receipt stamp of the SONATRACH/TRC Headquarters office being taken as proof.

The deadline for withdrawing the tender documents is set at 30 calendar days from the publication of notice in the BAOSEM energy and mining sector tender bulletin, paper format.

The duration of preparation of offers is set at 30 calendar days from the deadline for withdrawal of the tender file.

The envelopes will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the duly authorized bidders who so wish at the public opening session, which will take place at the address indicated above. The opening date will be set at the appropriate time and bidders who have withdrawn their files will be invited to attend.

Bidders whose technical offers have been declared compliant will be invited to submit a financial offer. The envelopes under the first stage will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the Bidders who so wish, at the opening session, which will take place at the address mentioned above.

Bidders will remain committed to their offer for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days, with an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of opening of the offer
