The Algerian Company of the Electrical Power Generation SPE/Spa, issues a national and international open invitation to tender for:

Acquisition of spare parts for emergency generator set of the Central of Oran East of the TG Unit Boutlélis

In return of the presentation of a legalized copy of the trade register or a copy of their subscription to the Trade Register, and a payment voucher by bank transfer to the bank account of SOCIETE ALGERIENNE DE PRODUCTION DE L’ELECTRICITE, open at BNA, Misserghine Agency.

The tenderers must address, in a single step, separately established, a technical offer, with no reference to the price, and a financial offer mentioning the price.

The technical offers as well the financial ones must be accompanied by the legal documents listed in the specifications.

The technical offers as well the financial ones, separately established, must be deposited, immediately, in a sealed double envelope at the address mentioned above, on September, 07th 2020 at 10h00 (Local Time).

The offers’ opening shall be public and take place on the same day at 10h30.

All the offers must be accompanied at the moment of their submission, or the technical offers’ submission deadline utmost, by a submission bail established in the name of la Société Algérienne de Production d'Electricité SPE/ Spa, with an amount of 1000 € for the foreign tenderers, and 100 000.00 DZD for the Algerian ones, emanate from an Algerian bank.

The tenderers keep engaged to their technical-financial offers for a period of six month as from the offers’ submission deadline.
