OPEN NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS

N° 69/A/GL3Z/2023

Sonatrach, Activity Liquefaction and Separation, LNG / LPG DIVISION, GL3Z Plant launches a National & International Open Call for Tenders relating to:

Acquisition of the PDR for BOGE brand Compressors or Equivalent for The Gl3Z Complex in Two (02) Lots

-LOT N° 01: PDR for BOGE brand compressors or equivalent

-LOT N °02: Electric PDR for BOGE brand compressors or equivalent

Time limit for withdrawal of tender documents:

The tender dossier type Supply can be collected at the address Sonatrach / Activity Liquefaction and Separation / LNG / LPG Division GL3Z Plant located at the industrial zone of Arzew and at the latest within Thirty (30) days before 4 p.m., from the date of publication in BAOSEM of this notice by any interested candidate, against presentation of a power of attorney for withdrawal from the tender file for authorized persons, a copy of the trade register and proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of 3,000 Algerian DA for Bidders of Law Algerian or 50 Euros for Bidders under foreign law.

Payment will be made by transfer to the Customer's bank account opened with: Banque Extérieure d'Algérie El Marsa –Arzew Account N°002 000700 702200178 62 (the bank proof must bear the following mention:

Withdrawal of tender file n ° 69 / A / GL3Z / 2023.

The single-stage submission method applies to this Call for Tenders.

Time limit for the preparation of tenders and the place of submission of tenders:

Under this call for tenders, technical tenders, without any indication of price and financial tenders must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the above address indicated within 30 days of the closing date of the withdrawal before 4pm.

If the deadline for the submission of tenders falls on a public holiday or weekend, the deadline will be extended to the 1st next working day. Only the stamp of the General Order Office of the GL3Z plant shall prevail.

Technical tenders shall be accompanied by a tender guarantee of:

- LOT N° 01: PDR for boge brand compressors or equivalent: 100 000,00 DA for local bidders, and 660,00 Euro for foreign bidders,

- LOT N°02: Electric PDR for boge brand compressors or equivalent: 20 000,00 DA for local bidders, and 130,00 Euro for foreign bidders,

The period of validity of which is equal to the period of validity of the tenders, i.e. 180 days from the date of opening of the technical tenders, with an additional period of 30 calendar days and the following documents:

- Declaration to be subscribed.

- Bid Security.

- The technical offer itself.

- Administrative, financial and any other document required in section 2 of the specific data of the call for tenders.

Bids drawn up in three (03) copies, including one (01) original and two (02) copies accompanied by the documents required in the Call for Tenders, must be sent by post or deposited at the Bureau d'Ordre Général in double sealed envelope at the address indicated above.

The sealed outer fold must be anonymous and contain only the following information:

The envelopes containing the technical tenders shall be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the tenderers who wish to attend the opening session which will take place on the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent to Bidders who have withdrawn the Tender Dossier.

The envelopes containing the financial tenders will be opened and examined in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend or their duly designated representatives at the opening and examination session of the financial tenders which will take place on the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent only to the Tenderers whose technical tenders are declared to comply with the requirements of the Tender Dossier.

Tenderers will remain bound by their tender for a period of 180 calendar days from the date of opening of the technical tenders.

The provisions relating to professional experience are not applicable to small and medium-sized enterprises or newly created enterprises under Algerian law.
