Published in the Baosem n° 2180 of October 10^th, 2023, that the deadlines have been extended as follows:

• The withdrawal deadline, intended on December 06^th, 2023, has been extended to January 03^rd,2024 at 15h00.
• The offers’ opening, intended on December 14^th, 2023, has been extended to January 09^th, 2024 at 10h00.
