The Sonatrach Company, Activity Liquefaction & Separation, DIVISION GNL/GP Complex GL3Z BP 321- 31015 BETHIOUA, issues a National and International invitation to tender for:

ACQUISITION OF VARIOUS TYPES OF VALVES FOR GL3Z PLANT

The Tender Documents can be withdrawn to the following address: " Sonatrach/ Downstream Activity, Complex GL3Z located in the industrial area of ARZEW " At the latest Forty five (45) days from the publication of this notice on BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against surrender of attorney withdrawing Tender Dossier for persons authorized, a copy of the trade register and a payment justification of a nonrefundable amount of 3,000 dinars for the Algerian company and 50 Euros for foreign companies, account SONATRACH COMPLEX GL3Z No. 002 00070 0702200178- 62 Agency BEA EL MARSA ARZEW.

The mode of tender in a stage applies to the present Invitation to tender.

The technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be sent simultaneously in two separate folds contents in the same fold, to the above address, at the latest 45 days from the publication of this notice on BAOSEM.

The technical offers are supplied with a guarantee of offer of

LOT N°1: GATE VALVES 400 000 DA 2 500 €

LOT N°2: GLOBE VALVES 400 000 DA 2 500 €

LOTN° 3: BUTTERFLY VALVES 400 000 DA 2 500 €

LOT N°4: BALL VALVES 400 000 DA 2 500 €

LOT N°5: CHECK VALVES 400 000 DA 2 500 €

for the local tenderers the financial guarantee in Algerian Dinars and in currency Euros for the foreign tenderers of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is to say A hundred and eighty (180) days as from the date of opening of the offers, accompanied with an additional time of (30) days calendar.

Bids containing technical bids will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the bidders who wish to attend the opening session which will take place at the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation that will be sent to the bidders withdrew the tender file.

Bids containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders wishing to attend or their duly designated representatives at the opening and examination of the financial tenders meeting which will take place on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation that will be sent only to bidders whose technical bids reported conform to the requirements of the tendering Board folder.

The tenderers will remain committed by their offer for One hundred eighty (180) days duration calendar starting from the date of opening of the offers.
