SONATRACH / Exploration – Production Activity / Production Division / Procurement and Transport Direction, located at 8 chemin du reservoir Hydra, Algiers, launches an open national and international invitation to tender regarding:

“Audit certification of plants tubular equipment and wellheads”

Which aims to ensure the quality of tubular equipment and wellhead procurement through the inspection of tool production of prequalified worldwide factories in compliance with standard requirements (API, ISO...) and the specifications of SONATRACH.

The contract is for a single (01) batch of factories geographically located throughout the world.

From the first publication of this notice in the bulletin of companies and services belonging to energy area B.A.O.S.E.M, against payment of a nonrefundable fee of:
Ten thousand dinars (10 000 DA) for companies subject to Algerian law and one hundred dollars (100 USD) for companies subject to foreign law.

The payment will be made by transfer to bank account of:
SONATRACH -DP N° 002 00005 0503264125 56 – BEA Branch, Djenane El Malik – Hydra. Algiers.

The proof of payment for the withdrawal of this invitation of tender file must be made payable to the name of the tenderer.

The mode of submission in one step applies to this invitation of tender.

The technical tenders only, with no reference to price, and the financial tenders must be sent simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in a single external ply by mail or delivered by hand to the following address:

The deadline for submission of bids is fixed to (45) days from the first publication of the hereby bid notice (date of publication included) in the bulletin of companies and services belonging to energy area B.A.O.S.E.M (paper version). The seal of receipt of the Central Office Order of SONATRACH – Division Production or the Office for receipt of tenders office n°L225 shall prevail.

Any tenders received after 15:30, local time, during the date of the deadline for submission of bids will be considered null and void.

If the date falls on a holiday and / or a legal holiday, the folds can be deposited the next business day.

The technical bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of 750 000 DA for bidder subject to Algerian law and 6 500 USD for foreign bidders.

The validity period of the bid guarantee is equal to the duration of validity of bids, from the deadline for submission of bids, plus an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days.

The plays containing the technical offer and the financial offer will be opened in presence of the bidders' representatives who wish to attend the opening session. The date, time and place will be communicated by invitation letter.

Tenderers will remain committed by their offers during a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the deadline for submission of bids plus an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days.

NOTA :
- Specifications shall be submitted only to the representative duly appointed by the tenderer which would like participate in this invitation to tender.
- The candidates on the blacklist of companies in the sector of energy cannot withdraw the tender bid.
- The amount paid for the withdrawal of the tender bid and all the related costs are not refunded under any circumstances.
