The National Company SONATRACH, Research and Development Central Direction, 1^st November Avenue - Boumerdès 35000, issues a national and international open competitive bidding for :

BET POROSIMETER (SURFACE ANALYZER BY NITROGEN ADSORPTION)

The file of call for bidding can be withdrawn at: SONATRACH, Research and Development Central Direction, 1^st November Avenue - Boumerdès 35000 (Algeria), by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of:

Fifty Euro (50 €) for foreign bidders,

Five Thousand Algerian Dinar (5000 DA) for national bidders,

To be made by transfer into SONATRACH, Research and Development Central Direction, bank account : N° 002 00005 0503262501 78 code SWIFT B EXA DZ AL005, Agence BEA Djenane El Malik – Hydra Alger (Algérie).

The bidding mode in one stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

The bidder must bid for all items.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical bids, without price indication, and the financial bids must be handed over at the same time in two separate envelopes put inside the same envelope, at :

SONATRACH - Research and Development Central Direction,

sise à 1^st November Avenue - Boumerdès 35 000, Algeria.

Methods and terms of bids handing over :

The bidder put the original offer as well as its copies, technical and financial, into separate envelopes, stamped and sealed, each containing required documents for the call for bid mentioned above which should be marked “Offre Technique” – ORIGINAL” et Offre Financière – ORIGINAL”, “Offre Technique - COPIE N°1” et Offre Financière – COPIE N°1, “Offre Technique – COPIE N°2” et Offre Financière – COPIE N°2”.

These envelopes will be put into an external envelope equally stamped.

Only internal envelopes will be marked by the ACRONYM, the corporate name and the address of the bidder in such a way as to allow to the contracting party to return the stamped bid not opened if it were declared by the committee “AFTER DEADLINE”.

External Envelopes:

External envelopes will be sent to the contracting party and should exclusively bear the title of the market shown in the Call for Bidding Particular Elements (DPAO), the title and number of the Call for Bidding with the mention: “Offre Technique et Offre Financière – Ne pas ouvrir”.

The deadline for reception of clarification applications is appointed for Ten (10) days before bids handing over deadline, mentioned above.

The deadline for handing over bids is appointed for Thirty (30) days as from the date of the first publication of the present notice in the Tenders Bulletin of Energy Sector (BAOSEM).

Any submission sent after this deadline will be considered null and void, the stamp of the Central Order Office of SONATRACH – Activité Exploration and Production– Division Laboratoires – Boumerdès, being authentic.

In case the closing date coincide with the legal rest day and / or public holiday, envelopes will be submitted on the following working day.

Technical bid is completed by a Bid Bond for tender.

Algerian bidder: shall pay a deposit for bid of the amount of Three Hundred and Ninety Thousand Algerian Dinars (390 000,00 DA), drawn up by a leading Algerian bank in favour of SONATRACH - Research and Development Central Direction, sise à: Avenue 1er Novembre - Boumerdès 35 000, Algeria.

Foreign bidder: shall pay a deposit for bid, drawn up by a leading foreign bank to the External Bank of Algeria - International Relations Department, located at 48, Rue des Frères Bouadou – Bir Mourad Raïs Alger in favour of SONATRACH - Research and Development Central Direction, sise à: Avenue 1er Novembre - Boumerdès 35 000, Algeria. of the amount of:

Two Thousand Five hundred and Seven Euros (2507 €)

or in dollars:

Two Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty-Seven United States Dollars (2687$).

Validity duration of the bid bond is appointed for ninety (90) days calendar days added to an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days, from the deadline for submission of tenders.

The bids containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the tenderer representative (s) who so wishes at the opening session, which will take place at: SONATRACH – Research and Development Central Direction – Boumerdès.

The envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders who wish to attend or their duly appointed at the opening and examination of financial

bids to be held on the date meeting representatives at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation addressed only to bidders whose technical tenders declared as satisfying the requirements of the tender specifications.

Tenderers will remain committed by their offers during a period of ninety (90) days, with an additional period of Thirty (30) days calendar from the date of opening of the bids of technical offers.

NOTA:

The call for bidding file shall be handed over only to the representative duly appointed by the bidder wishing to take part to the present call for bid,

Any Mark allowing the identification of bidder should not appear on external envelope, at the risk of rejection,

The applicants appearing on the black list of the Energy and Mining Sector Companies are not allowed by the present call for bidding file,

The amount paid for the

withdrawal of the call for bidding file and all relating fees are, in no way, refundable.
