The Public Company for the Manufacturing and Marketing of Medical Devices, Parapharmaceutical
Products, and Personal Hygiene Products (EPE - SOCOTHYD - SPA) is launching an Open National and
International Call for Consultation for the supply of various raw materials for crepe bandages, as
detailed below:

ach bidder may submit an offer for one or more dimensions, the allocation will be made by dimension.
The list of required documents related to the technical and financial offer is mentioned in Article No. 12 of the
specifications.
The specifications related to this consultation can be obtained free of charge, upon written request, from the
date of publication in the national press, at the Procurement Office of EPE-SOCOTHYD-SPA, located at ISSER

Each technical and financial offer must be placed in two separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked "Technical
Offer" and "Financial Offer".
These two envelopes must then be placed in a third sealed and anonymous envelope bearing the following
mention:

Offers must be submitted or sent by express courier in a sealed envelope no later than .A.d/d / 2025

The preparation period for the offers is set at 21 days from the first publication date of the consultation notice
in the national press.
The opening and evaluation of the bids will be carried out by a procurement committee on the last day of the
preparation period, in a public session at 13:30 PM at the SOCOTHYD offices, in accordance with the internal
regulations of this committee.
Bidders are invited to attend the bid opening at the date and time indicated above.
Bidders will remain committed to their offers for a period of 90 days, starting from the offer submission date.
