NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

N° 01/UDEMMOST/SARPI/2026

The Algerian Company of the Industrial Projects Realization (SARPI Spa), 100% subsidiary SONATRACH informs all the candidates interested by the National and International Open invitation to Tenders No. 01/UDEMMOST/SARPI/2026 regarding :

Design, supply, commissioning, and provision of operational support for a period of two (02) years as part of the Contractor’s execution of one (01) seawater desalination plant for the production of potable water, in compliance with the requirements of Algérienne des Eaux (ADE), with a production capacity of 300,000 m³/day, located in the Wilaya of Mostaganem – Sidi Ladjel

Published in BAOSEM No. 2526 of July 1st, 2026, that the deadline for withdrawing the tender specifications, initially set for July 29th, 2026, has been extended to August 23rd, 2026.

Furthermore, the deadline for submitting technical offers, without any price information, initially set for July 30th, 2026, has been extended to August 24th, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

The opening of technical offers, initially scheduled for July 30th, 2026, has been extended to August 24th, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., in the presence of any tenderer's representative(s) who wish to attend, at the following address: SARPI SPA, 10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani –Hydra Alger.

Completion from the initial notice: tender documents cost DZD 250,000 for Algerian bidders or EUR 1,500 (or USD equivalent) for foreign bidders. Withdrawal at SARPI headquarters, 10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani, Hydra, Algiers, or by request to dao@sarpi-dz.com. Withdrawal ends on 23 August 2026; submission of technical offers ends on 24 August at 10:00 and opening follows at 10:30.
