The National Company SONATRACH, Pipeline Transport Activity, Operations Division, Regional Direction Hassi R'mel, launches a notice of National and International Open Tender regarding the

 Diagnosis and upgrade of the gas counting system at the SC GR5 compression station in Hassi R'mel

 Definition of supplies and works related to:

• Supply of various USM type flowmeter equipment, cells, membrane filter kit, industrial server and others... ;

• Installation, testing and commissioning of all equipment provided in this upgrade;

• Training on the process and maintenance of different equipment.

The electronic version of the Tender can be withdrawn by an email request to:  spm.ghr@sonatrach.dz attached with a payment receipt, trade register and the company’s phone details. no later than thirty (30) days from the date of its publication on the BAOSEM, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of five thousand Algerian Dinars (5,000 DA) for national bidders and forty euros           (40.00 €) for foreign bidders, this voucher must be made out in  the name of the company  Bidder and  the  number of tender,  the payment will be made by transfer to our bank account BEA HRM, RIB:   002 00083 0832200109 Key 50

5.  Under this call for tenders, technical offers, without any indication of price, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same anonymous envelope, to the following address:   COMPANY SONATRACH

At the latest Forty-nine (49) days from the date of publication of this notice on the BAOSEM.

The technical offers are accompanied by a mandatory tender guarantee of:

• For bidders under Algerian law Three Million Algerian Dinars (3,000,000.00 DA)

• For bidders under foreign law Twenty Thousand Euros (20,000.00 €)

The period of validity of the tender guarantee shall be equal to the period of validity of the tenders, namely one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of opening the tenders, with an additional thirty (30) calendar days.

 6.  The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the tenderers who wish to attend the opening session which will take place at the address of the Regional Direction Hassi R'mel, the date will be indicated in the letter of invitation for the opening of the COP;

     The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend during the opening session and examination of the financial offers which will take place on the date, the time and address mentioned in the invitation that will be addressed to the only tenderer whose technical offers are declared compliant with the requirements of the Tender File

7. The tenderers shall remain bound by their offer for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from the date of opening of the technical tenders.
