The Algerian Company of Electricity and Gas – Electricity Transmission and System Operator, issues an open national and international invitation to tenders regarding :

Studies, Equipment Supply, Spare Parts, Documentation, Transport, Insurance, Civil Engineering Works, Assembly, Testing and Industrial Commissioning, and Warranty for Design, Manufacturing, and Proper Functioning of the Works:

Batch No. 01;

Extension of a 400 kV armored line (SIDI ALI BOUSSIDI) to the 400/220 kV armored substation OUED EL ABTAL.

Extension of one 400 kV armored line outbound span (EL MILIA) to the BELLARA power station outbound substation

Extension of two (2) 400 kV armored line outbound spans (BISKRA 400 kV, OGLET OULED MAHBOUB 400 kV) to the KAIS power station outbound substation

Extension of one 220 kV armored line outbound span (AEC MIYEH WAHRAN) to the 220/60 kV EL YASMINE armored substation

Studies, Equipment Supply, Spare Parts, Documentation, Transportation, Insurance, Installation Work, Testing and Industrial Commissioning, Design, Manufacturing and Operational Guarantee of the Works :

Batch No. 2;

Two (2) self-contained substations (2 x 100 MVAR) at the El Menea substation on the two 400 kV lines Hassi R'mel – Menea

Two (2) self-contained substations (2 x 170 MVAR) at the Timimoun substation on the two 400 kV lines El Menea – Timimoun

Two (2) self-contained substations (2 x 50 MVAR) at the Timimoun substation on the two 400 kV lines Adrar – Timimoun

Two (2) self-contained substations (2 x 50 MVAR) at the Reggane substation on the two 400 kV lines Reggane – Adrar

Batch No. 3;

A 10MVAR inductor (on the 220 kV TIMIMOUN – TALMINE line) including the span at Timimoun

A 15MVAR inductor (on the 220 kV KABERTENE – TALMINE line) including the span at Kabertene

A 15MVAR inductor (on the 220 kV KERZAZ – BENI ABBES line) including the span at Kerzaz

Batch No. 04;

One inductor (10 MVAR) for the first 220 kV line, Tindouf South - Tindouf PV plant (PV plant side);

One inductor (10 MVAR) for the second 220 kV line, Tindouf South - Tindouf PV plant (PV plant side);

One inductor (10 MVAR) for the first 220 kV line, Tindouf PV plant - Gara Djebilet 220/30 kV substation (Gara Djebilet 220/30 kV substation side);

One inductor (10 MVAR) for the second 220 kV line, Tindouf PV plant - Gara Djebilet 220/30 kV substation (Gara Djebilet 220/30 kV substation side);

Batch NO. 05;

Two inductors (2*20 MVAR) at the Tabelbala 220/30 kV substation

One (01) inductor (20 MVAR) at the Timiaouine 220/30 kV substation on the BBM-Timaouine 220 kV line

One (01) inductor (20 MVAR) at the Tinzaouatine 220/30 kV substation on the Timaouine-Tinzaouatine 220 kV line

Two (02) inductors (2*30 MVAR) at the In Amenas 220/30 kV substation on the In Amenas - Illizi 220 kV line

Two (02) inductors (2*20 MVAR) at the Bordj El Haouas 220/30 kV substation on the Illizi-Bordj El Haouas 220 kV line

Two (02) inductors (2*20 MVAR) at the 220/30 kV substation in Djanet on the two 220 kV Bordj El Haouas - Djanet lines

Upon presentation of proof of payment by bank transfer in the amount of:

50 000.00 DZD for Algerian companies

350.00 EUR for foreign companies.

Offers will be submitted and opened in a single Technical and Financial phase.

Offers must be accompanied by the administrative documents required in the Tender Documents and a submission bail Guarantee in an amount exceeding one percent (1%) of the proposed offer.

The outer envelope must be anonymous, without letterhead, logo, or stamp, bearing only the following inscription :

Tenderers will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days after the offers’ opening.

The offers’ public opening will be scheduled for April 29^th, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Local Time) at the above address.

Candidates or their representatives are required to attend the offers’ opening with a duly signed power of attorney. offers from candidates who do not comply with this formality (presentation of a power of attorney) will not be accepted by the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company "Electricity Transmission and System Operator".

The execution time is: Twelve (12) Months for each batch.
