Il est porté à la connaissance de l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national ouvert N°150/2024/APPROS/HMD, relatif à la:

Fourniture des Différents types des joints en deux (02) lots.

-LOT N°1 : Equipements WIRE LINE pour sécurisation des puits injecteurs & vannes gaz lift du champ HMD

-LOT N°2 : Matériels pour les puits injecteurs de gaz & pour interventions WIRE LINE sur puits du champ GEA

Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2385 du 20/05/2025 qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture et l’évaluation des offres techniques et financières que :

Lot 01 : Le marché a été attribué au soumissionnaire classé le moins disant, HALLIBURTON, pour un montant de Trois Millions Soixante-Seize Mille Trois Cent Huit Dollars Américains et Soixante-Dix-Huit Centimes (3.076.308,78 USD) en hors taxes, matériel rendu CFR port d’Alger/Algérie.

Lot 02 : : Le marché a été attribué au soumissionnaire classé le moins disant, HALLIBURTON, pour un montant de Deux Cent Trente Deux Mille Six Cent Quarante-Six Dollars Américains et Soixante-Dix Centimes (232 646,70 USD), en hors taxes, matériel rendu CFR port d’Alger/Algérie

Les Soumissionnaires contestant cette attribution provisoire, peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de cet avis

Batch N° 1: WIRE LINE EQUIPMENT FOR SECURING INJECTOR WELLS & LIFT GAS VALVES IN THE HMD FIELD

Batch N° 2: ACQUISITION OF EQUIPMENT FOR GAS INJECTOR WELLS & FOR WIRE LINE INTERVENTIONS ON GEA FIELD WELLS

Published in BAOSEM N° 2385 of 20/05/2025 that following the opening and evaluation of the technical and financial offers,

Lot Nº01: the contract was awarded to the lowest ranked bidder, HALLIBURTON, for an amount Three Million Seventy-Six Thousand Three Hundred Eight US Dollars and Seventy-Eight Cents (3.076.308,78 USD) excluding taxes, equipment delivered CFR port of Algiers/Algeria

Lot Nº02: the contract was awarded to the lowest ranked bidder, HALLIBURTON, for an amount Two Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six US Dollars and Seventy Cents (232.646,70 USD) excluding taxes, equipment delivered CFR port of Algiers/Algeria.

Bidders challenging this provisional award may appeal within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice.

الحصة رقم 1: معدات الخطوط السلكية لتأمين آبار الحاقن وصمامات غاز الرفع في حقلHMD

الحصة رقم 2: اقتناء معدات لآبار حاقن الغاز لتدخلات الخطوط السلكية في الآبار الميدانية لحقل GEA

والتي نشرت في BAOSEM رقم 2385 بتاريخ 20/05/2025 وبعد فتح وتقييم العروض التقنية والمالية أنه:

الحصة رقم 01: تم إسناد الصفقة مؤقتا للمؤسسة التي قدمت العرض الأقل قيمة وهي الشركة HALLIBURTON بمبلغ ثلاثة ملايين وستة وسبعون ألف وثلاثمائة وثمانية دينار دولار أمريكي وثمانية وسبعون سنتيم (3.076.308،78 دولار امريكي)، دون احتساب الرسوم، المواد يتم تسليمها CFR ميناء الجزائر العاصمة، الجزائر.

الحصة رقم 02: تم إسناد الصفقة مؤقتا للمؤسسة التي قدمت العرض الأقل قيمة وهي الشركة HALLIBURTON بمبلغ مئتين واثنان وثلاثون ألف وستمائة وستة وأربعون دولار أمريكي وسبعون سنتيم (232.646،70 دولار امريكي)، دون احتساب الرسوم، المواد يتم تسليمها CFR ميناء الجزائر العاصمة، الجزائر.

بإمكان كافة المتعهدين المعترضين على هذا المنح المؤقت للصفقة إيداع الطعون خلال خمسة (5) أيام عمل الموالية لتاريخ صدور هذا الإعلان على صفحات نشرة المناقصات لقطاع الطاقة والمناجم (BAOSEM)

Note : les objets détaillés des deux lots, ainsi que les versions anglaise et arabe, concernent des équipements Wireline et de puits injecteurs. La phrase française «différents types des joints» est conservée telle qu’imprimée. Les montants sont en USD HT, CFR port d’Alger. Le titre international est confirmé par l’en-tête et les versions anglaise et arabe, malgré la mention française «national» dans le corps. Recours français et anglais de cinq jours ouvrables à compter de la publication : fin 27/08/2026 à 08:00. L’arabe précise les jours suivant la publication.
