L’Entreprise Nationale de Grands Travaux Pétroliers « ENGTP », Direction Engineering, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participer à la Consultation restreinte suscitée, portant :

Etude, acquisition et la mise en service de : PACKAGE SCADA pour le projet de Réhabilitation du centre national de Dispatching Gaz CNDG-HRM

Que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « HONEYWELL Process Solution France » déclaré le moins-disant pour un montant de :

18 358 451,96 Euros

 Avec un délai de livraison de Quinze (18) mois hors délai d’approbation ARH

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au :

PRESIDENT DE LA COMMISION DE CONTROLE DE CONFORMITE

Contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin.

The National Company of Big Oil Works (ENGTP), Engineering Directorate, informs all tenderers having participated in the aforementioned Restricted Consultation, relating to

Study, acquisition and commissioning of: SCADA PACKAGE for the CNDG-HRM National Gas Dispatching Center Rehabilitation project

that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer « HONEYWELL Process Solution France » declared the lowest offer for an amount of 18.358.451.96 Euros with a delivery deadline of 18 months / outside the ARH approval deadline

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to

 The president of the Compliance Control Commission

filed against acknowledgement of receipt at the structure, in the 05 working days utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.
