Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « ENCC SMIND ANNABA » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 130 987 884,00 DA/HTVA;

Soit en lettre : Cent trente million neuf cent quatre-vingt-sept mille huit cent quatre-vingt-quatre Dinars Algeriens en hors TVA.

Les soumissionnaires contestataires de cette attribution, peuvent introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission des Marchés Entreprise de SARPI Spa et déposé contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure SDAS de SARPI Spa, au plus tard cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce a recourse addressed to :
