AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DE CONTRAT

Appel d’Offres National & International Ouvert en deux étapes  N°054/DVL/DAP/2024

L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert en deux étapes n°054/DVL/DAP/2024, Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2257 du 09/05/2024, portant sur Études, fourniture, installation et mise en service des équipements du système de contrôle de processus (PCS), feu & gaz, Blending et VESDA destinées au projet Réhabilitation de Centre de Dispatching des Hydrocarbures Liquides (CDHL) A Haoud El Hamra, a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « GROUPEMENT CMC/BLEUSTAR LTD », pour un montant de deux millions quatre-vingt-dix mille cent quatre-vingt-huit dollars américains et soixante centimes CFR Port de Mostaganem, Soit en chiffre « 2 090 188,60 USD CFR Port de mostaganem ». 

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

ENAC/Spa informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender in two steps N° 054/DVL/DAP/2024, Published in Baosem N° 2257 of May 09^th ,2024 regarding:

Studies, supply, installation and commissioning of process control system (PCS), fire & gas, Blending and VESDA equipment intended for the Liquid Hydrocarbon Dispatching Center (CDHL) Rehabilitation project in Haoud El Hamra.

that it has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer « GROUPEMENT CMC/BLEUSTAR LTD », for an amount of:

2.090.188.60 USD / CFR Port of Mostaganem

Selection criterion: lowest financial offer among the technically accepted offers.

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can only relate to the decisions taken in the processing of its offer.
