Fourniture d’équipements pour test hydrostatique : LOT (05) : Un (01) Sécheur d’air ,

Que la commande a été attribuer provisoirement au soumissionnaire « ATLAS COPCO ALGERIE SPA » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de :Sept millions neuf cent mille Dinars Algériens en HTVA en lettre ; Soit en chiffre

7 900 000.00DA / HTVA.

Les soumissionnaires contestataires de cette attribution, peuvent introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission des Marchés Entreprise de SARPI Spa et déposé contre un accusé de réception au niveau de la structure SDAS de SARPI Spa, au plus tard Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

The Algerian Company of Industrial Projects Realization, “SARPI Spa”, a 100% subsidiary of Sonatrach,with a share capital of 6.000.000.000.00 DZD located at: 10, Rue Mohamed Tahar Semmani, hydra- Algiers, informs all the tenderers having participated in the Restricted relaunch N°06/RR/2024 relating to the invitation to tenders N°10/A/2024 by consultation of November 26th,2024, regarding:

Supply of equipment for hydrostatic testing: BATCH (05) : One (01) AIR DRYER ,

That the tender has been is provisionally awarded to the tenderer “ ATLAS COPCO ALGERIE SPA” declared the lowest tenderer for an amount of : Seven Million Nine Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (Excluding VAT)

in figures : 7 900 000.00 DA/Excluding VAT;

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce a recourse addressed to :

The President of the Contracts’ Commission and deposited in return of an acknowledgment receipt at SARPI Structure in a delay of 05 workdays utmost as of the date of the publication of this notice in the Bulleting of the invitation to Tender of the Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM).
