AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DE CONTRATS

APPEL D’OFFRES NATIONAL ET INTERNATIONAL OUVERT

EN UNE (01) SEULE ETAPE

N° SH-EP-PROD-APT/31/2023/M

La Société SONATRACH, Activité Exploration - Production, Division Production, Direction Approvisionnements et Transport, sise à 08, Chemin du Réservoir Hydra, Alger, Algérie, informe l’ensemble des Soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° SH-EP-PROD-APT/31/2023/M, paru dans le BAOSEM Revue N° 2223 du 31/01/2024, relatif à la Fourniture de :

Lot N° 01 : Unités électriques d’injection d’inhibiteur de corrosion

Lot N° 02 : Unités solaires d’injection d’inhibiteur de corrosion

Lot N° 03 :  Pompes de dosage.                        

Qu’après Examen et Evaluation des Offres Techniques et Financières, les Contrats sont attribués provisoirement à :

 Lot N° 01 : Unités électriques d’injection d’inhibiteur de corrosion.

- Soumissionnaire : LEWA France SAS.        

- Pour un montant de : Neuf cent soixante-cinq Mille quatre cent dix Euros, en Hors Taxes, (965 410,00 € en HT).

Lot N° 02 : Unités solaires d’injection d’inhibiteur de corrosion

- Soumissionnaire : LEWA France SAS.

-              Pour un montant de : Un Million quatre cent cinquante-sept mille cinq cent quarante-trois Euros, en Hors Taxes, (1 457 543 €  en HT). 

 Lot N° 03 : Pompes de dosage.

- Soumissionnaire : SHANDONG KERUI INTELLIGENT EQUIPEMENT CO., LTD.

-              Pour un montant de : Quatre -vingt-deux Mille six cent onze Dollars Américain, en Hors Taxes, (82 611,00 USD en HT).

Les Soumissionnaires contestant le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) Jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution du présent Avis d’Attribution Provisoire de Contrats au BAOSEM, et ce auprès de la Structure Contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACTS AWARDING

OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL OF TENDER

ONE (01) STEP

N° SH-EP-PROD-APT/31/2023/M

The Company SONATRACH, Exploration - Production Activity, Production Division, Procurement and Transport Direction, located at 08, Chemin du Reservoir Hydra, Algiers, Algeria, informs all the bidders who participated in the Open National and International Call of Tender N° SH-EP-PROD-APT/31/2023/M, published in the BAOSEM Magazine N° 2223 of January, 31th 2024, concerning the supply of :

Batch N°01: Electric corrosion inhibitor injection units.

Batch N°02: Solar corrosion inhibitor injection units.

Batch N°03: Dosing pumps.

That after examination and evaluation of the Technical and Financial offers, the Contracts is provisionally awarded as :

Batch N° 01 : Electric corrosion inhibitor injection units.

-              Bidder : LEWA France SAS.       

-              For an Amount of : Nine Hundred and sixty-five thousand four hundred and ten, Excluding Taxes, (965 410,00 €).

Batch N° 02 : Solar corrosion inhibitor injection units.

-              BIidder : LEWA France SAS.       

-              For an Amount of : One Million four hundred and fifty-seven thousand five hundred and forty-three, Excluding Taxes (1 457 543 €).

Batch N° 03 : Dosing pumps.

Bidder : SHANDONG KERUI INTELLIGENT EQUIPEMENT CO., LTD.

-              For an amount of : Eighty-two Thousand six hundred and eleven Dollars, Excluding Taxes (82 611,00 USD).

Bidders who contest the choice made by the Contracting Structure may lodge an appeal within five (05) working days, from the date of publication of this Notice of Provisional Contracts award to BAOSEM and to the Contracting Structure at following address :
