AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU MARCHE

La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB, Direction Engineering et Procurement, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Restreinte : N°09/ PRC/ DEP/GCB/2024, portant sur la fourniture de :

« Batterie de condensateur de Moyenne Tension ».

Au profit du Projet : « Remplacement de la station de départ SP1 HAOUD EL HAMRA du STC OK1 34῎ ».

Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : ARADOS INTERNATIONAL.

Pour un montant global de :

En chiffres : 521.862,60 Euro.

Soit en lettres : Cinq Cent Vingt Et Un Mille Huit Cent Soixante-Deux Euros et Soixante Centimes.

Et ce conformément à la Procédure Passation des Contrats Interne de la Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours qui suivent la parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché sur le BAOSEM et se auprès de la Structure Contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

The National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB, Engineering and Procurement Department, informs the bidders who participated in the restricted consultation: N°09/PRC/DEP/GCB/2024, relating to the supply of:

« Medium Voltage Capacitor Bank

For the benefit of the Project: « Replacement of the SP1 HAOUD EL HAMRA starting station of the STC OK1 34῎. »

That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: ARADOS INTERNATIONAL.

For a total amount of:

In numbers: 521.862,60 Euro.

In words: Five Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Two Euros and Sixty Cents.

And this in accordance with the internal contracting procedure of the National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB.

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) days following the publication of this notice of provisional contract award on the BAOSEM and contact the contracting structure at the following address:
