La Société Algérienne De Réalisation De Projets Industriels, Société Par Actions, par abréviation « SARPI SPA » filiale à 100% SONATRACH, au capital social de 6 000 000 000 DA, dont le siège social est sis à 10, rue Mohamed Taher Semmani, Hydra, Alger, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° 23/A/2025 portant: « Fourniture de chariots élévateur allotie en (02) deux lots:

LOT (01) : Six Chariots élévateur télescopique 4x4 06 Tonnes

LOT (02) : Dix Chariots élévateur 4x4 07 Tonnes ;

Que le Lot N°01 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « LIEBHEER EXPORT AG » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 925 800.00 Euro CFR en chiffre ;

Soit en lettre : Neuf cent vingt-cinq mille huit cent euro CFR.

Les soumissionnaires contestataires de cette attribution, peuvent introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission des Marchés Entreprise de SARPI Spa et déposé contre accusé de réception au niveau de la direction approvisionnement et sous traitance de SARPI Spa, au plus tard cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

Provisional Awarding Notice

The Algerian Company of Industrial Projects Realization, “SARPI Spa”, a 100% subsidiary of Sonatrach, with a share capital of 6,000,000,000 DA, located at: 10, Rue Mohamed Tahar Semmani, hydra- Algiers, informs all the tenderers having participated in the National & International Open Invitation to Tenders No. 23/A/2025 regarding :

Supply of forklifts divided into two (2) batches:

Batch (1): Six 4x4 6-Ton Telescopic Forklifts

Batch (02): Ten 4x4 7-ton forklifts;

That Batch No. 1 is provisionally awarded to the lowest tenderer, "LIEBHEER EXPORT AG," for the amount of 925 800.00 CFR Euros (in figures);

In words: Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred CFR Euros.

Tenderers contesting this award may lodge a recourse addressed to the President of the SARPI Spa Enterprise Procurement Committee and filed against acknowledgment of receipt at the SARPI Spa SDAS structure, no later than five (05) working days as of the date of publication of this notice in the Bulletin of invitation to Tenders for the Energy and Mining Sector (BAOSEM).
