the (gicep) launched an opened national and international invitation for the supply of seventy-nine (79) forklifts.
the candidates interested by the present opinion, can extract the "cahier des charges" from the secretariat of the GICEP located to 12, Rue de la liberté (lère étage porte à gauche) Alger centre, against the payment of the sum of 500 euro, for the foreign companies, and of 50.000 DA for the national companies, made out to account: GICEP domiciled at the CPA Emir EL-KHETABI to the number:

The candidates must bring with him:
· Copy of the identity card ;
· Power of attorney, delivered by the candidate;
· Copy of the extract of the trade register,

The technical and financial offers will have to be presented under separate and closed double folds in the same file of tender.
the limiting date of deposit of the offers is fixed within (40) days at 12h30 as from the first publication in the national press the opening of the folds will be done in public, at the last day for the closing date for submission of offers
The bidders will remain committed by their offer, during a delay of (150), from the limiting date of deposit of the offers.
