AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU MARCHE

La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB, Direction Engineering et Procurement, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Sélective : N°23/ PRC/ DEP/GCB/2025, portant sur la :

Fourniture de Débitmètre Ultrasonique

Au profit du Projet : Remplacement de l'Oléoduc OD1 16’’ (TD PC1– TA PK 134 KM Mesdar)

Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : SEGITEC.

Pour un montant global de :

Soit en chiffres : 138 783,11 € ;

Soit en lettres : Cent trente-huit mille sept cent quatre-vingt-trois euros et onze centimes.

Et ce conformément à la procédure passation des contrats interne de la Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables qui suivent la parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché sur le BAOSEM et se auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

The National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB, Engineering and Procurement Department, informs the bidders who participated in the Consultation Selective:No.23/PRC/DEP/GCB/2025, relating to the :

Supply of Ultrasonic Flow Meter

For the benefit of the Project: Replacement of the OD1 16" Oil Pipeline (TD PC1 – TA PK 134 KM Mesdar)

That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: SEGITEC.

For a total amount of:

Either in figures: 138 783,11 € ;

One hundred thirty-eight thousand seven hundred eighty-three euros and eleven cents.

And this in accordance with the internal contracting procedure of the National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB.

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) days opening following the publication of this notice of provisional contract award on the BAOSEM and contact the contracting structure at the following address:

تعلن الشركة الوطنية للهندسة المدنية والبناء (ه.م.ب / ش.ذ.أ)، مديرية الهندسة والتموين، المديرية الثانوية للتموين أن الاستشارة المحدودة المتعلقة ب:

لصالح المشروع:

Remplacement de l'Oléoduc OD1 16’’ (TD PC1– TA PK 134 KM Mesdar)

. أنه قد تم منح الصفقة مؤقتا للشركة: SEGITEC.

بمبلغ قدره: 138 783,11 €

مائة وثمانية وثلاثون ألفاً وسبعمائة وثلاثة وثمانون يورو وأحد عشر سنتاً.

يمكن للمترشحين المعارضين للمنح المؤقت تقديم الطعن في غضون 05 أيام عمل، ابتداء من تاريخ نشر المنح المؤقت للصفحة في ,الباوسم لدى :
