L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la consultation restreinte réf. 25/CR/DAGS/INVEST/2024, portant

fourniture de divers micro-ordinateurs, répartis en quatre (04) lots :

Lot n° 01 : Vingt (20) Micro-ordinateur portable performant,

Lot n° 02 : Vingt-Quatre (24) Micro-ordinateur portable X 360,

Lot n° 03 : Neuf (09) Micro-ordinateur portable puissant pour superviseurs et développeurs,

Lot n° 04 : Six (06) Micro-ordinateurs portable (Mobile Workstation) pour développeurs.

que les lots n° 03 et 04, ont été provisoirement attribués au soumissionnaire ETS BENHABIB N’TIC comme suit :

Lot n° 03 :

Montant Avant négociation : 10 260 000.00 DA/HTVA

Montant Après négociation : 7 182 000,00 DA/HTVA,

Délai livraison : trois (03) Mois et vingt (20) Jours.

 Lot n° 04:

Montant Avant négociation : 6 840 000.00 DA/HTVA.

Montant Après négociation : 6 840 000,00 DA/HTVA.

Délai livraison : trois (03) Mois et vingt (20) Jours.

Critère de choix : Le prix le moins disant sur la base du prix seul.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF THE CONTRACT AFTER NEGOTIATION

N° 25/CR/DAGS/INVEST/2024- Batchs n° 03 & 04

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by tender ref: 25/CR/DAGS/INVEST/2024, relating to Supply of various microcomputers, divided into four (04) Batchs:

Batch n° 01 : Twenty (20) high-performance micro-laptops,

Batch n° 02 : Twenty-four (24) Micro- laptops computers X 360,

Batch n° 03 : Nine (09) powerful micro-laptops for supervisors and developers,

Batch n° 04: Six (06) Mobile Workstations for developers.

That the Batchs n° 03 & 04 was provisionally awarded to the tenderer ETS BENHABIB N’TIC for a contract amount of:

Batch n° 03:

Amount before Negotiation: 10 260 000.00 DA/HTVA,

Amount after Negotiation: 7 182 000.00 DA/HTVA,

Delivery time: three (03) months and twenty (20) days.

Batch n° 04:

Amount before Negotiation: 6 840 000.00 DA/HTVA,

Amount after Negotiation: 6 840 000.00 DA/HTVA,

Delivery time: three (03) months and twenty (20) days.

Selection criteria: the lowest price based on price alone.

Any bidder who contests the choice made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Company's Compliance Control Committee and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of provisional award of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and dealing with appeals by tenderers to contracts of the E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to Tenderers), under penalty of rejection for inadmissibility in form
