AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU CONTRAT APRES REMISE

L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la consultation restreinte réf. 02/CR2/DAGS/FONCT/2025, portant :

Fourniture de diverses PDR pour vibrateurs sismiques SERCEL NOMAD, répartis en en trois (03) lots:

Lot n° 01 : PDR pour vibrateurs sismiques SERCEL NOMAD,

Lot n° 02 : PDR électriques pour vibrateurs sismiques SERCEL NOMAD,

Lot n° 04 : Filtrations pour vibrateurs sismiques SERCEL NOMAD.

Que cette dernière, a été provisoirement attribuée comme suit :

1)- SERCEL – France

Lot n° 01 :

Montant Avant remise : 1 170 384.76 Euro / CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia,(Algérie)

Montant Après remise : 1 133 689.39 Euro / CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia,(Algérie)

Délai livraison : Trois (03) mois maximum.

Critère de choix : Continuation du processus avec la seule offre conforme.

Lot n° 02 :

Montant Avant remise : 108 619.75 Euro / CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia,(Algérie)

Montant Après remise : 99 017.93 Euro / CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia,(Algérie)

Délai livraison : Trois (03) mois maximum.

Critère de choix : Continuation du processus avec la seule offre conforme.

2)- BPU – Chine

Lot n° 04: Pour un montant de 11 950.06 USD / CFR Port d’Alger (Algérie).

Délai de livraison: Trois (03) mois maximum.

Critère de choix : L’offre la moins disante sur la base du prix seul.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by tender ref: 02/CR2/DAGS/FONCT/2025, relating to:

Supply of various spare parts for SERCEL NOMAD seismic vibrators, divided into three (03) Batchs:

Batch n° 01: Spare parts for SERCEL NOMAD seismic vibrators,

Batch n° 02: Electric Spare parts for SERCEL NOMAD seismic vibrators,

Batch n° 04: Filtrations for SERCEL NOMAD seismic vibrators.

that the latter, was provisionally awarded as follows:

1)- SERCEL – France

Batch n° 01

Amount Before discount: 1 170 384.76 Euro / CFR port d’Alger and/or Bejaia (algeria),

Amount After discount: 1 133 689.39 Euro / CFR port d’Alger and/or Bejaia, (algeria),

Delivery time: Three (03) months maximum.

Selection criteria: Continuation of the process with the only compliant offer.

Batch n° 02

Amount Before discount: 108 619.75 Euro / CFR port d’Alger and/or Bejaia (algeria),

Amount After discount: 99 017.93 Euro / CFR port d’Alger and/or Bejaia, (algeria),

 Delivery time: Three (03) months maximum.

Selection criteria: Continuation of the process with the only compliant offer.

2)- BPU – Chine

Batch n° 04: For a contract amount of: 11 950.06 USD/ CFR port d’Alger and/or Bejaia (algeria).

Delivery time: Three (03) months maximum.

Selection criteria: The lower offer on the basis of price alone.

Any tenderer who contests the result made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Conformity Control Commission of the Company (CCCE) and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the provisional award notice of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and processing tenderers' appeals to contracts of E. NA. GEO indicated in point of Section 1 (Instructions to tenderers), failing which it will be rejected as inadmissible in form.

تعلم المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء مقدمي العروض الذين شاركوا بالمناقصة رقم 02/CR2/DAGS/FONCT/2025 المتعلقة ب:

توريد قطع غيار مختلفة لهزازات زلزالية SERCEL NOMAD ، مقسمة إلى ثلاثة (03) حصص:

الحصة رقم 01: قطع غيار للهزازات الزلزالية SERCEL NOMAD ،

الحصة رقم 02: قطع غيار الكهربائية لهزازات الزلازل SERCEL NOMAD ،

الحصة رقم 04: ترشيحات لهزازات الزلزالية SERCEL NOMAD.

بأن استشارة قد تم منحها مؤقتا على النحو التالي :

1)-SERCEL- فرنسا

الحصة رقم 01 :

قيمة العقد قبل التخفيض: 1 170 384.76 أورو / CFR ميناء الجزائر و/ او بجاية(الجزائر) .

قيمة العقد بعد التخفيض: 1 133 689.39 أورو / CFR ميناء الجزائر و/ او بجاية(الجزائر).

مدة التسليم: ثلاثة (03) أشهر على الأكثر.

معيار الاختيار: استمرار العملية مع العرض الوحيد الموافق لمتطلبات ملف الاستشارة.

الحصة رقم 02 :

قيمة العقد قبل التخفيض: 108 619.75 اورو / CFR ميناء الجزائر و/ او بجاية(الجزائر) .

قيمة العقد بعد التخفيض: 99 017.93 أورو / CFR ميناء الجزائر و/ او بجاية(الجزائر).

مدة التسليم: ثلاثة (03) أشهر على الأكثر.

معيار الاختيار: استمرار العملية مع العرض الوحيد الموافق لمتطلبات ملف الاستشارة.

2)-BPU- الصين

الحصة رقم : بقيمة 11 950.06دولار امريكي CFR / ميناء الجزائر العاصمة.

مدة التسليم: ثلاثة (03) أشهر على الأكثر.

معيار الاختيار: العرض الأقل سعر على أساس السعر وحده.

يجوز لأي مقدم عرض يعترض على النتيجة الذي قام به هيكل التعاقد في إطار هده الصفقة، تقديم استئناف يجب توجيهه إلى رئيس لجنة مراقبة المطابقة للشركة وتقديمه إلى دائرة تحرير الصفقات، في غضون خمسة (05) أيام عمل من تاريخ نشر إشعار المنح المؤقت للصفقة في BAOSEM، وفقًا لإجراءات تمرين ومعالجة اعتراضات مقدمي العروض في أسواق المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء المشار إليها إلى النقطة 21 في القسم 1 (تعليمات لمقدمي العروض)، تحت طائلة البطلان من حيث الشكل.
