La Société Sonatrach- Activité Raffinage Pétrochimie-Division Exploitation Raffinage - Raffinerie d’Alger, sise à Sidi Arcine- Baraki- BP 185 El- Harrach – Alger, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Nationale & Internationale Restreinte N°01-2025/IMFS/RA1G, qu’après examen et évaluation des offres techniques et financières, les lots 2,3,4,5,7 et 8 ont été attribuées provisoirement aux soumissionnaires comme suit :

La société « KSB KGAA » pour le Lot N°02 pour un montant de soixante-quatre mille sept cent cinquante et un euros et zéro centime en hors Taxes (64 751,00 €/HT), hors frais d’approche.

La société « EURL NEPTUNE » pour le Lot N°03 pour un montant de quarante et un millions huit cent vingt-six mille Dinars Algériens et zéro centime en hors Taxes (41 826 000,00 DZD/HT).

La société « KSB KGAA » pour le Lot N°04 pour un montant de deux cent quarante-trois mille quatre cent quatre-vingt-sept Euros et zéro centime en hors Taxes (243 487,00 €/HT), hors frais d’approche.

La société «MS MEASURING SPRL » pour le Lot N°05 pour un montant de trente-deux mille six cent deux Euros et zéro centime en hors Taxes (32 602,00 €/HT), hors frais d’approche.

La société « EURL NEPTUNE » pour le Lot N°07 pour un montant de vingt-trois millions quatre cent soixante-quatorze mille dinars algériens et zéro centime en hors Taxes (23 474 000,00 DZD/HT).

La société « EURL NEPTUNE » pour le Lot N°08 pour un montant de Trente millions quatre cent cinq mille dinars algériens et zéro centime en hors Taxes (30 405 000,00 DZD/HT).

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante, peuvent introduire un recours auprès de cette dernière dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la publication du présent avis, auprès de la Raffinerie d’Alger, Département Passation des Marchés.

Sonatrach company –Refining & Petrochemistry Activity – Exploitation Refining Division- Algiers Refinery- Sidi Arcine-Baraki- POB N° 185, El-Harrach, Algiers, informs bidders who have participated in the National and International Restricted Consultation N° 01-2025/IMFS/RA1G, related to Supply of various pumps in eight (08) separate batches that after the technical and financial evaluation, the batches 2,3,4,5,7 and 8 have been temporarily awarded to:

The company « KSB KGAA » for batch 2 for an amount of sixty-four thousand seven hundred fifty-one euros and zero cents excluding taxes (64 751,00 €/HT), excluding approach costs.

The company « EURL NEPTUNE » for batch 3 for an amount of forty-one million eight hundred twenty-six thousand Algerian Dinars and zero cents (41 826 000,00 DZD/HT). excluding taxes

The company « KSB KGAA » for batch 4 for an amount of two hundred forty-three thousand four hundred eighty-seven euros and zero cents excluding taxes (243 487,00 €/HT), excluding approach costs.

The company « MS MEASURING SPRL » for batch 5 for an amount of thirty-two thousand six hundred and two euros and zero cents excluding taxes (32 602,00 €/HT) excluding approach costs.

The company « EURL NEPTUNE » for batch 7 for an amount of twenty-three million four hundred seventy-four thousand Algerian dinars and zero cents (23 474 000,00 DZD/HT) excluding taxes.

The company « EURL NEPTUNE » for batch 8 for an amount of thirty million four hundred and five thousand Algerian dinars and zero cents (30 405 000,00 DZD/HT) excluding taxes.

Bidders who disagree the choice made by the contracting structure are allowed to lodge an appeal with the contracting structure following the five (05) business days, starting from the publication date of the current notice in the BAOSEM, at Procurement Process Management Department, Algiers Refinery.

اقتناء مضخات مختلفة في تماني (08) حصص منفصلة

بانه وبعد فحص وتقيم العروض التقنية والمالية تم منح العقد المتعلق بالحصص رقم 2 ,3,4,5,7,8 بصفة مؤقتة للمتعهدين:

حصة 2 – «KSB KGAA»

بمبلغ أربعة وستون ألف وسبعة مائة وواحد وخمسون يورو وصفر سنتيم باستثناء الضرائب (64 751,00 €/HT)

حصة 3 – «EURL NEPTUNE»

 يمبلغ قدره واحد واربعون مليونا وثمانمائة وستة وعشرون ألف دينار جزائري وصفر سنتيم باستثناء الضرائب

(41 826 000,00 DZD/HT).

حصة 4 –«KSB KGAA»

يمبلغ مئتين وثلاتة وأربعين الفا واربعمئة وسبعة وثمانين يورو وصفر سنتيم باستثناء الضرائب (243 487,00 €/HT)

حصة 5 –«MS MEASURING SPRL»

 بمبلغ اتنين وثلاثين الفا وستة مائة واثنين يورو وصفر سنتيم باستثناء الضرائب (32 602,00 €/HT)

حصة 7 – «EURL NEPTUNE»

بمبلغ ثلاثة وعشرين مليونا واربعمائة وأربعة وسبعين ألف دينار جزائري وصفر سنتيم باستثناء الضرائب (23 474 000,00 DZD/HT).

حصة 8 – «EURL NEPTUNE»

بمبلغ ثلاثون مليونا واربعمائة وخمسة ألف دينار جزائري وصفر سنتيم باستثناء الضرائب

(30 405 000,00 DZD/HT).

ان المتعهدين المعاريضين على الاختيار الدي قامت به هيئة التعاقد، يمكنهم تقديم طعونهم امام نفس الهيئة خلال خمسة 5 أيام مفتوحة (أيام العمل) ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هد الإعلان، لدي مصفاة الجزائر، مصلحة تنظيم الصفقات.
