Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste cette attribution peut introduire un recours au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché au BAOSEM auprès de la structure contractante domiciliée à la Direction Achats sise à la Zone industrielle d’Oued Smar El Harrach.

Any tenderer contesting this award may lodge a recourse within five (05) working days at the latest from the date of publication of the provisional award notice in the BAOSEM with the contracting STRUCTURE at the Procurement Department, Zone industrielle d'Oued Smar El Harrach.
