La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB, Direction Engineering et Procurement, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Restreinte :

N°02/PRC/DEP/GCB/2026, portant sur la:

Fourniture de INTERLOCKING DEVICES ’'.

Au profit du projet : Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (EPCIC) for HBR Field development Phase 1B Oil Maximization 5 Wells.

Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : ASTON HUB LTD

Pour un montant global de :

Soit en chiffres : 78 269.04 EUR;

Soit en lettres: Soixante Dix Huit Mille Deux Cent Soixante Neuf euros et Quatre Centimes.

Et ce conformément à la procédure passation des contrats interne de la Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrable qui suivent la parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché sur le BAOSEM et se auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

The National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB, Engineering and Procurement Department, informs the bidders who participated in the Consultation Restraint:

No. 02/PRC/DEP/GCB/2026, relating to the :

Supply of Interlocking Devices

 for the benefit of the project Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (EPCIC) for HBR Field Development Phase 1B Oil maximization 5 wells.

That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: ASTON HUB LTD

For a total amount of:

Either in figures: 78 269.04 EUR;

"Seventy-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Nine Euros And Four Cents.

And this in accordance with the internal contracting procedure of the National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB.

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) days following the publication of this notice of provisional contract award on the BAOSEM and contact the contracting structure at the following address:

أن يتم منح العقد مؤقتًا لمقدم العرض

وذلك وفقًا لإجراءات التعاقد الداخلي للمؤسسة الوطنية للهندسة المدنية والبناء

GCB.

يجوز لمقدمي العروض الذين يعترضون على الاختيار الذي اتخذته هيئة التعاقد تقديم استئناف في غضون خمسة (05) أيام عمل بعد نشر هذا الإشعار بمنح العقد المؤقت على بأوسم والاتصال بهيكل التعاقد على العنوان التالي:
