AVIS DE RESULTATS DE L’APPEL D’OFFRES

Conformément aux dispositions de la procédure interne relative aux achats, la société des Mines de Phosphate, SOMIPHOS, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International N°08/SOMIPHOS/CMDO/2023 portant sur :

Fourniture de :

- Lot 01 : Dix (10) Dumpers rigides de gamme 60 tonnes (55 tonnes à 65 tonnes  de charge utile) ;

- Lot 02 : Quatre (04) pelles hydrauliques en retro sur chenille d’une capacité  de godet ≥06m³ à ≤07m³ ;

Pour le Complexe Minier de Djebel- Onk-Bir El Ater- ;au profit de la Société des Mines de Phosphate, SOMIPHOS- Tebessa, Algérie»

Qu’après ouverture et évaluation des offres techniques et financières, les résultats de l’appel d’offres sont comme suit :

Pour le Lot N°01 : Dix (10) Dumpers rigides de gamme 60 tonnes (55 tonnes à 65 tonnes de charge utile), est déclaré infructueux (Aucune offre n’est pré-qualifiée techniquement) ;

Pour le Lot N°02 : Quatre (04) pelles hydrauliques en retro sur chenille d’une capacité de godet ≥06m³ à ≤07m³, que ce lot est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire cité ci-après, sous réserve de l’obtention du visa du marché par la Commission des Marchés de SOMIPHOS :

In accordance with the provisions of the internal procurement procedure, the Phosphate Mining Company, SOMIPHOS, informs all tenderers who participated in the National and International Open Tender with minimum capacity requirements N°08/SOMIPHOS/CMDO/2023 concerning :

Supply:

Lot 01: Ten (10) 60 ton range rigid dumpers (payload from 55 tons to 65 tons);

Lot 02: Four (04) hydraulic excavators in retro crawler with a bucket capacity 06m³ at ≤07m³

For Mining complex- Djebel El Onk-Bir El Ater-CMDO-Tebessa for the benefit of the Company of Phosphate Mines- - SOMIPHOS; Tebessa, Algeria

That after opening and evaluation of the technical and financial offers, the results of the call for tenders are as follows:

For Lot No. 01: Ten (10) 60 ton range rigid dumpers (payload from 55 tons to 65 tons), is declared unsuccessful;

For Lot No. 02: Four (04) hydraulic excavators in retro crawler with a bucket capacity 06m³ at ≤07m³ , that this lot is provisionally awarded to the tenderer mentioned below, subject to obtaining the contract visa by the SOMIPHOS contract commission:
