La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB, Direction Engineering et Procurement, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Restreinte : N°02/PRC/DEP/GCB/2025, portant sur la

fourniture de :

LOT N°01 : EQUIPEMENTS ANTI-INCENDIE, au profit de projet : MISE EN CONFORMITE DU SYSTEME DE DETECTION – EXTINCTION AUTOMATIQUE D'INCENDIE ET SES AUXILIAIRES AU NIVEAU DE LA STATION SBM (BENI MANSOUR).

 LOT N°02 : EQUIPEMENTS ANTI-INCENDIE, au profit de projet : MISE EN CONFORMITE DES SYSTEMES DE DETECTION EXTINCTION ET DES RESEAUX ANTI-INCENDIES AU TERMINAL MARIN DE BEJAIA (TMB).

Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : SEGITEC ENGENEERING TUNISIA

Pour un montant global de :

Soit en chiffres : 987 744.00 EUR/HT;

Soit en lettres: Neuf Cent Quatre Vingt Sept Mille Sept Cent Quarante Quatre euros Hors Taxe

Et ce conformément à la procédure passation des contrats interne de la Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrable qui suivent la parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché sur le BAOSEM et se auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

The National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB, Engineering and Procurement Department, informs the bidders who participated in the Consultation Restraint: No. 02/PRC/DEP/GCB/2025, relating to the :

Supply of:

LOT N°01: FIRE-FIGHTING EQUIPMENT for the benefit of the project COMPLIANCE OF THE DETECTION SYSTEM – AUTOMATIC FIRE EXTINGUISHING AND ITS AUXILIARIES AT THE SBM STATION (BENI MANSOUR).

 LOT N°02: FIRE-FIGHTING EQUIPMENT for the benefit of the COMPLIANCE PROJECT OF EXTINGUISHING DETECTION SYSTEMS AND FIRE-FIGHTING NETWORKS AT THE BEJAIA MARINE TERMINAL (TMB)

That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: SEGITEC ENGENEERING TUNISIA

For a total amount of:

Either in figures: 987 744.00 EUR/HT;

Nine Hundred and Eighty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty-Four Euros Excluding Tax

And this in accordance with the internal contracting procedure of the National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB.

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) days following the publication of this notice of provisional contract award on the BAOSEM and contact the contracting structure at the following address:
