NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF CONTRACT
DAO N°12/ATR/RTH/EXP/2022
The National Company SONATRACH, Pipeline Transport Activity, Exploitation Division, Haoud El Hamra Regional Directorate, informs the tenderers who participated in the National and International Open Call for Tenders N°12/ATR/RTH/EXP/2022 for :
Supply of equipment repair and maintenance of pipelines,
That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer P.A.I FRANCE for an amount of Sixty-Six Million Twenty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Seven and Fifty-Three Cents in all taxes included Excluding VAT (66,027 177.53 DA/HT).
Tenderers contesting the choice made by SONATRACH/Regional Management Haoud El Hamra, may lodge an appeal within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of the said notice of provisional award of the contract on BAOSEM, and this, with the contracting structure:

La Société Nationale SONATRACH, Activité Transport par Canalisation, Division Exploitation, Direction Régionale Haoud El Hamra, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°12/ATR/RTH/EXP/2022 portant :
Fourniture de matériels de réparation et d'entretien des canalisations
Que le contrat est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire P.A.I FRANCE pour un montant de : Soixante-Six Millions Vingt Sept Mille Cent Soixante-Dix-Sept et Cinquante Trois Centimes en toutes Taxes comprises Hormis la TVA(66 027 177.53 DA/HT).
Les soumissionnaires contestant le choix opéré par SONATRACH/Direction Régionale Haoud El Hamra, peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication dudit avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat sur BAOSEM, et ce, auprès de la structure contractante :
