L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la consultation restreinte réf. 01/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2026, portant:

Fourniture de moteurs et divers PDR pour BULL DRESSTA, répartis en cinq (05) lots :

Lot n° 01 : partie hydraulique,

Lot n° 02 : partie transmission,

Lot n° 03 : partie structure et équipement,

Lot n° 04 : partie électrique et PDR moteur,

Lot n° 05 : deux (02) moteurs diesel.

que les contrats y afférents, ont été provisoirement attribués au soumissionnaire BIJAK GB – Pologne comme suit:

Lot n° 01 : pour un montant de : 27 075,00 Euros/CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia

Lot n° 02 : pour un montant de : 105 335,00 Euros/CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia

Lot n° 03 : pour un montant de : 140 041,00 Euros/CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia

Lot n° 04 : pour un montant de : 8 428,00 Euros/CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia

Lot n° 05 : pour un montant de : 133 630,00 Euros/CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia

Délai livraison : Six (06) mois.

Critère de choix : L’offre la moins disante sur la base du prix seul.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 21 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by tender ref: 01/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2026, relating to:

Supplies of Engine and various spare parts for DRESSTA bulldozers divides into five (05) Batches :

Batch n° 01 : Hydraulic part,

Batch n° 02 : Transmission part,

Batch n° 03 : Structure and équipement part,

Batch n° 04 : Electrical parts and engine spare,

Batch n° 05 : Two (02) diesel engine.

that the related contracts have been provisionally awarded to the tenderer BIJAK GB – Poland as follows:

Batch n° 01 : for a contract amount of: 27 075,00 Euros/CFR port of Algiers and/or Bejaia

Batch n° 02 : for a contract amount of: 105 335,00 Euros/CFR port of Algiers and/or Bejaia

Batch n° 03 : for a contract amount of: 140 041,00 Euros/CFR port of Algiers and/or Bejaia

Batch n° 04 : for a contract amount of: 8 428,00 Euros/CFR port of Algiers and/or Bejaia

Batch n° 05 : for a contract amount of: 133 630,00 Euros/CFR port of Algiers and/or Bejaia

Delivery time: Six (06) months.

Selection criteria: The lower offer on the basis of price alone.

Any tenderer who contests the result made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Conformity Control Commission of the Company (CCCE) and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the provisional award notice of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and processing tenderers' appeals to contracts of E. NA. GEO indicated in point 21 of Section 1 (Instructions to tenderers), failing which it will be rejected as inadmissible in form.

تعلم المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء مقدمي العروض الذين شاركوا في لإستشارة رقم   01/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2026 المتعلقة بـ:

توريد المحركات وقطع الغيار المختلفة لـ BULL DRESSTA، مقسمة إلى خمسة (05) حصص:

الحصة رقم 01: الجزء الهيدروليكي

الحصة رقم 02: الجزء لنقل الحركة

الحصة رقم 03: جزء الهيكل والمعدات

الحصة رقم 04: المكونات الكهربائية وقطع غيار المحرك

الحصة رقم 05: محركان (02) ديزل

بأن العقود قد تم منحها مؤقتا لمقدم العرض  BIJAK GB-بولندا على النحو التالي :

الحصة رقم 01: بقيمة: 27 075,00 اورو/ CFR ميناء الجزائر و/أو بجاية  

الحصة رقم 02: بقيمة: 105 335,00 اورو/ CFR ميناء الجزائر و/أو بجاية  

الحصة رقم 03: بقيمة: 140 041,00 اورو/ CFR ميناء الجزائر و/أو بجاية  

الحصة رقم 04: بقيمة: 8 428,00 اورو/ CFR ميناء الجزائر و/أو بجاية  

الحصة رقم 05: بقيمة: 133 630,00 اورو/ CFR ميناء الجزائر و/أو بجاية  

مدة التسليم: ستة (06) أشهر.

معيار الاختيار: العرض الأقل سعر على أساس السعر وحده.

يجوز لأي مقدم عرض يعترض على النتيجة الذي قام به هيكل التعاقد في إطار هده الصفقة، تقديم استئناف يجب توجيهه إلى رئيس لجنة مراقبة المطابقة للشركة وتقديمه إلى دائرة تحرير الصفقات، في غضون خمسة (05) أيام عمل من تاريخ نشر إشعار المنح المؤقت للصفقة في BAOSEM، وفقًا لإجراءات تمرين ومعالجة اعتراضات مقدمي العروض في أسواق المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء المشار إليها إلى النقطة في القسم 1 (تعليمات لمقدمي العروض)، تحت طائلة البطلان من حيث الشكل.
