L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique, ENAGEO - Spa, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres Ouvert à la Concurrence Nationale et Internationale réf. 25/DAGS/FONCT/2026, portant :

Fourniture de cinquante (50) moteurs pour TOYOTA LANDCRUISER 4X4 tout-terrains VDJ76 4.5L

Que le contrat afférent, a été provisoirement attribué au soumissionnaire TFE pour un montant de 1 105 000,00 USD/CFR port d’Alger

Délai de livraison : Neuf (09) mois à concurrence de deux expéditions.

Critère de choix : L’offre la moins disante sur la base du prix seul.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 21 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

PROVISIONAL AWARD NOTICE OF THE MARKET

Tender n° 25/DAGS/FONCT/2026

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated in the Call for Tenders Open to National and International Competition n°25/DAGS/FONCT/2026, relating to:

Supply of fifty (50) engines for TOYOTA LAND CRUISER 4X4 off-road VDJ76 4.5L

That the related contract, was provisionally awarded to the tenderer TFE – France for a contract amount of : 1 105 000,00 USD/CFR port of Algiers.

Delivery time: Nine (09) months in concurrence on two expeditions.

Selection criteria: The lower offer on the basis of price alone.

Any tenderer who contests the result made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Conformity Control Commission of the Company (CCCE) and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the provisional award notice of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and processing tenderers' appeals to contracts of E. NA. GEO indicated in point 21 of Section 1 (Instructions to tenderers), failing which it will be rejected as inadmissible in form.

25/DAGS/FONCT/2026 مناقصة مفتوحة للمنافسة الوطنية و الدولية رقم

تعلم المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء مقدمي العروض الذين شاركوا في المناقصة المفتوحة للمنافسة الوطنية والدولية رقم /DAGS/FONCT/2026المتعلقة بـ:

توريد خمسون (50) محركًا لسيارات تويوتا (LANDCRUISER) رباعية الدفع  VDJ76 سعة 4.5 لتر

بأن العقد تم منحه مؤقتا لمقدم العرض TFE - فرنسا بقيمة : 1 105 000,00  دولار أمريكي / CFR ميناء الجزائر.

مدة التسليم: تسعة (09) أشهر على دفعتين.

معيار الاختيار: العرض الأقل سعر على أساس السعر وحده.

يجوز لأي مقدم عرض يعترض على النتيجة الذي قام به هيكل التعاقد في إطار هده الصفقة، تقديم استئناف يجب توجيهه إلى رئيس لجنة مراقبة المطابقة للشركة وتقديمه إلى دائرة تحرير الصفقات، في غضون خمسة (05) أيام عمل من تاريخ نشر إشعار المنح المؤقت للصفقة في BAOSEM، وفقًا لإجراءات تمرين ومعالجة اعتراضات مقدمي العروض في أسواق المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء المشار إليها إلى النقطة 21 في القسم 1 (تعليمات لمقدمي العروض)، تحت طائلة البطلان من حيث الشكل.
