In compliance with the dispositions of the contracts’ regulation applied by SARPI, the Procurement Directorate, informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international invitation to tender N° 09/AO/DPR/SARPI/2022, regarding:

That after the financial offers’ opening, the contracts have been provisionally awarded to the following tenderer:

The contract amount: 1 463 000.00 DZD/Duty Free

The tenderers questioning the choice operated by the contracting structure may introduce recourse in delay of 05 days as of the date of the first publication of the provisional awarding.

Conformément aux dispositions de la réglementation des marchés applicables aux sociétés SARPI, La Direction Procurement informe, l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’avis d’Appel d’Offres National et International N°09/AO/DPR/SARPI/2022, relatif à :

Qu’après ouverture des offres commerciales, les marchés sont attribués provisoirement au soumissionnaire ci-après :

SOCIETE SAHRAOUI D’HYDRAULIQUE

Montant du Marché : 1 463 000,00 DA /HT

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par le service contractant peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours comptés à partir de la date de la première publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire.
