L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la consultation restreinte réf. 22/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024, portant fourniture de :

Lot n° 01 : PDR pour unité servicing DRILLMEC,

Lot n° 02 : PDR pour machine de forage sismique DRILLMEC G10,

Lot n° 03 : Outils pour machine de forage sismique DRILLMEC G10.

que cette dernière ,a été provisoirement attribuée comme suit :

01/DIWAN :

Lot n° 01 :

Montant Avant négociation : 56 863,13 Euro/CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia,

Montant Après négociation : 54 588,60 Euro/CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia,

Délai livraison : Quatre (04) mois,Lot n° 02:

Montant Avant négociation : 223 291,35 Euro/CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia,

Montant Après négociation : 214 359,70 Euro/CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia,

Délai livraison : Quatre (04) mois,

Critère de choix : Continuation du processus avec la seule offre reçue.

02/MBR TRADING :

Lot N° 03 : pour un montant de 7 525,00 USD CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia.

Délai livraison : Quatre (04) mois,

Critère de choix : Le prix le moins disant sur la base du prix seul.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF THE CONTRACT AFTER NEGOTIATION

N° 22/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by tender ref: 22/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024, relating to Supply of:

Batch n° 01: Spare parts for Servicing Drillmec unit,

Batch n° 02: Spare parts for Drillmec G10 seismic drilling machine,

Batch n° 03: Tools for Drillmec G10 seismic drilling machine.

That the latter, was provisionally awarded as follows:

01/DIWAN:

Batch n° 01:

Amount before Negotiation: 56 863,13 Euro/CFR port d’Alger and/or Bejaia,

Amount after Negotiation: 54 588,60 Euro/CFR port d’Alger and/or Bejaia,

Delivery time: four (04) months.

Batch n° 02:

Amount before Negotiation: 223 291,35 Euro/CFR port d’Alger and/or Bejaia,

Amount after Negotiation: 214 359,70 Euro/CFR port d’Alger and/or Bejaia,

Delivery time: four (04) months.

Selection criteria: continuation of the process with the only offer received.

02/MBR TRADING:

Batch n° : for an amount of 7 525,00 USD/CFR port d’Alger and/or Bejaia.

Delivery time: four (04) months.

Selection criteria: the lowest price based on price alone.

Any tenderer who contests the result made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Conformity Control Commission of the Company (CCCE) and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the provisional award notice of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and processing tenderers' appeals to contracts of E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to tenderers), failing which it will be rejected as inadmissible in form.
