Consultation restreinte n° 32/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024

L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la consultation restreinte réf. 32/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024, portant fourniture de PDR pour vibrateur sismique SERCEL NOMAD 65 et NOMAD 65 NEO, répartis en cinq (05) lots :

• Lot n° 01 : PDR pour vibrateur sismique SERCEL NOMAD 65 et NOMAD 65 NEO,
• Lot n° 02 : PDR électriques pour vibrateur sismique SERCEL NOMAD 65 et NOMAD 65 NEO,
• Lot n° 03 : PDR spécifique pour vibrateur sismique SERCEL NOMAD 65 NEO,
• Lot n° 04 : Masse pour vibrateur sismique SERCEL NOMAD 65 NEO.

que les contrats y afférents, ont été provisoirement attribués au soumissionnaire SERCEL - France comme suit :

Montant Avant négociation : 547 288,00 Euro/CFR Port d’Alger

Montant Après négociation : 535 510,79 Euro/CFR Port d’Alger

Délai de livraison : Trois (03) Mois maximum.

Lot n° 02:

Montant Avant négociation : 51 464,00 Euro/CFR Port d’Alger

Montant Après négociation : 47 943,14 Euro/CFR Port d’Alger

Délai de livraison : Trois (03) Mois maximum.

Lot n° 03:

Montant Avant négociation : 122 626,00 Euro/CFR Port d’Alger

Montant Après négociation : 114 296,00 Euro/CFR Port d’Alger

Délai de livraison : Trois (03) Mois maximum.

Lot n° 04:

Montant Avant négociation : 102 833,00 Euro/CFR Port d’Alger

Montant Après négociation : 95 819,00 Euro/CFR Port d’Alger

Délai de livraison : Trois (03) Mois maximum.

Critère de choix : Continuation du processus avec la seule offre conforme.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF THE CONTRACT AFTER NEGOTIATION

N° 32/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by tender ref: 32/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024, relating to supply of spare parts for SERCEL NOMAD 65 and NOMAD 65 NEO seismic vibrators, divided into five (05) batchs:

• Batch n°01: Spare parts for SERCEL NOMAD 65 and NOMAD 65 NEO seismic vibrators,

• Batch n°02: Electric spare parts for SERCEL NOMAD 65 and NOMAD 65 NEO seismic vibrators,

• Batch n°03: Specific spare parts for SERCEL NOMAD 65 NEO seismic vibrator,

• Batch n°04: Mass for seismic vibrator SERCEL NOMAD 65 NEO.

that the related contracts were provisionally allocated to the bidder SERCEL - France as follows:

Amount before Negotiation: 547 288,00 Euro/CFR port of Algiers

Amount after Negotiation: 535 510,79 Euro/CFR port of Algiers

Delivery time: three (03) months maximum.

Batch n° 02:

Amount before Negotiation: 51 464,00 Euro/CFR port of Algiers

Amount after Negotiation: 47 943,14 Euro/CFR port of Algiers

Delivery time: three (03) months maximum.

Batch n° 03:

Amount before Negotiation: 122 626,00 Euro/CFR port of Algiers

Amount after Negotiation: 114 296,00 Euro/CFR port of Algiers

Delivery time: three (03) months maximum.

Batch n° 04:

Amount before Negotiation: 102 833,00 Euro/CFR port of Algiers

Any bidder who contests the choice made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Company's Compliance Control Committee and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of provisional award of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and dealing with appeals by tenderers to contracts of the E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to Tenderers), under penalty of rejection for inadmissibility in form
