La Société Sonatrach- Activité Raffinage Pétrochimie-Division Exploitation Raffinage - Raffinerie d’Alger, sise à Sidi Arcine- Baraki- BP 185 El- Harrach – Alger, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°04-2025/APP/RA1G relative à 

fourniture de PDR pour Soupapes en diverses marques en (16) lots distincts

paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2374 du 17/04/2025 qu’après examen et évaluation des offres techniques et financières, les lots 1,7,10,12,15 et 16 ont été attribuées provisoirement aux soumissionnaires comme suit :

Lot N°01 : PDR pour soupapes Marque : ANDERSON GREENWOOD CROSBY : EMERSON FZE : Pour un montant Dix Millions trois cent quarante-sept mille deux dollars et quatre-vingt-cinq cents en hors taxes (10 347 002,85 $)

Lot N°07 : PDR pour soupapes Marque : FUKUI SEISAKUSHO :PAI : Pour un montant de Dix-sept millions huit cent trente et un mille six cent quarante-cinq yens japonais en hors taxes (17 831 645.00 ¥)

Lot N°10 : PDR pour soupapes MARQUE PARKER :EURL KOKUSAI : Pour un montant de Quatre-cent-quatre-vingt mille dinars algériens en hors taxes (480 000.00 DA).

Lot N°12 : PDR pour soupapes MARQUE : SARASIN-RSBD : EMERSON FZE : Pour un montant de Quatre-vingt-douze mille six cent cinquante-quatre dollars et dix cents en hors taxes (92 654.10 $).

Lot N°15 : PDR pour soupapes Marque : TAI MILANO : SARL SAHARA SERVICES : Pour un montant de Cinquante-sept Millions quatre cent quarante-neuf mille quatre cent trente –huit dinars algérien en hors taxes (57 449 438.00 DA).

Lot N°16 : PDR pour soupapes Marque : TECHNICAL P.N : EURL KOKUSAI : Pour un montant de Dix-neuf Millions cinq cent un mille trois cent huit dinars algérien et vingt –six centimes en hors taxes (19 501 308.26 DA)

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante, peuvent introduire un recours auprès de cette dernière dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la publication du présent avis, auprès de la Raffinerie d’Alger, Département Passation des Marchés.

Supply of spare parts for valves in various brands in (16) separate batches

that after the technical and financial evaluation, the batches 1,7,10,12,15 and 16 have been temporarily awarded to:

BATCH 01: Spare part for valves Brand ANDERSON GREENWOOD CROSBY: EMERSON FZE: For an amount of Ten Million three hundred forty-seven thousand two dollars and eighty-five cents excluding taxes (10 347 002,85 $).

BATCH 07: Spare part for valves Brand FUKUI SEISAKUSHO CO.LTD: PAI: For an amount of Seventeen Million eight hundred thirty-one thousand six hundred forty-five Japanese yen excluding taxes (17 831 645.00 ¥).

BATCH 10 : Spare part for valves Brand PARKER : EURL KOKUSAI : For an amount of Four hundred eighty thousand Algerian dinars excluding taxes (480 000.00 DA).

BATCH 12 : Spare part for valves Brand SAPAG : EMERSON FZE : For an amount of Ninety-two thousand six hundred fifty-four dollars and ten cents (92 654.10 $).

BATCH 15 : Spare part for valves Brand TAI MILANO S.P.A: SARL SAHARA SERVICES : For an amount of Fifty-Seven million four hundred forty-nine thousand four hundred thirty-eight Algerian dinars excluding taxes (57 449 438.00 DA).

BATCH 16 : Spare part for valves Brand TECHNICAL P.N : EURL KOKUSAI : For an amount of Nineteen Millions five hundred and one thousand three hundred eight Algerian dinars and twenty six cents excluding taxes (19 501 308.26 DA).

Bidders who disagree the choice made by the contracting structure are allowed to lodge an appeal with the contracting structure following the five (05) business days, starting from the publication date of the current notice in the BAOSEM, at Procurement Process Management Department, Algiers Refinery.
