AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU CONTRAT

Consultation restreinte n° 29/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2025 – lots n° 01, 02, 03-01, 03-02 et 04

L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la consultation restreinte réf. 29/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2025, portant:

Fourniture de PDR pour divers groupes électrogènes, répartis en six (06) lots :

Lot n° 01 : Filtration pour divers groupes électrogènes,

Lot n° 02 : PDR pour divers groupes électrogènes HATZ,

Lot n° 03-01 : PDR pour divers groupes électrogènes équipés de moteurs CUMMINS,

Lot n° 03-02 : PDR pour divers groupes électrogènes équipés de moteurs CUMMINS,

Lot n° 04 : PDR pour divers groupes électrogènes équipés de moteurs IVECO,

Lot n°07 : PDR pour génératrices de groupes électrogènes.

Que les contrats afférents aux lots n° 01, 02, 03-01, 03-02 et 04, ont été provisoirement attribués comme suit :

01- MBR TRADING – France :

Lot n° 01 : pour un montant de : 44 002.94 Euros/CFR port d’alger et/ou Bejaia.

Lot n° 03-02 : pour un montant de : 12 034.00 Euros/CFR port d’alger et/ou Bejaia.

02- Export GmbH J. Eisenbarth – Allemagne :

Lot n° 02 : pour un montant de : 20 500.00 Euros/CFR port d’alger et/ou Bejaia.

Lot n° 03-01 : pour un montant de : 87 500.00 Euros/CFR port d’alger et/ou Bejaia.

Lot n° 04 : pour un montant de : 24 500.00 Euros/CFR port d’alger et/ou Bejaia.

Délai de livraison : quatre (04) Mois.

Critère de choix : L’offre la moins disante sur la base du prix seul.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 21 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF THE CONTRACT

N° 29/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2025 – Batches n° 01, 02, 03-01, 03-02 and 04

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by tender ref: 29/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2025, relating to:

Supply of spare parts for various generator sets, divided into six (06) Batchs:

Batch n° 01: Filtration systems for various generator sets,

Batch n° 02: Spare parts for various HATZ generator sets,

Batch n°03-01: Spare parts for generator sets equipped with CUMMINS engines,

Batch n° 03-02: Spare parts for generator sets equipped with CUMMINS

engines,

Batch n° 04: Spare parts for generator sets equipped with IVECO

engines,

Batch n° 07: Spare parts for generator alternators.

that the contracts relating to batchs n° 01, 02, 03-01, 03-02 and 04 were provisionally awarded to the bidders as follows:

Batch n° 01: For a contract amount of: 44 002.94 Euros/CFR port of Algiers and/or Bejaia.

Batch n° 03-02: For a contract amount of: 12 034.00 Euros/CFR port of Algiers and/or Bejaia.

02- Export GmbH J. Eisenbarth – Germany:

Batch n° 02: For a contract amount of: 20 500.00 Euros/CFR port of Algiers and/or Bejaia.

Batch n° 03-01: For a contract amount of: 87 500.00 Euros/CFR port of Algiers and/or Bejaia.

Batch n° 04: For a contract amount of: 24 500.00 Euros/CFR port of Algiers and/or Bejaia.

Delivery time: four (04) months.

Selection criteria: The lower offer on the basis of price alone.

Any bidder who contests the choice made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Company's Compliance Control Committee and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of provisional award of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and dealing with appeals by tenderers to contracts of the E.NA. GEO indicated in point 21 of Section 1 (Instructions to Tenderers), under penalty of rejection for inadmissibility in form.

تعلم المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء مقدمي العروض الذين شاركوا بلاستشارة رقم 29/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2025 المتعلقة بـ:

توريد قطع الغيار لمجموعات توليد الكهرباء المختلفة، مقسمة إلى ستة (06) حصص:

الحصة رقم 01: أنظمة التصفية لمجموعات توليد الكهرباء المختلفة،

الحصة رقم 02: قطع غيار لمجموعات توليد الكهرباء من نوع HATZ،

الحصة رقم 03-01: قطع غيار لمجموعات توليد الكهرباء المجهزة بمحركات CUMMINS،

الحصة رقم 03-02: قطع غيار لمجموعات توليد الكهرباء المجهزة بمحركات CUMMINS،

الحصة رقم 04: قطع غيار لمجموعات توليد الكهرباء المجهزة بمحركات IVECO،

الحصة رقم 07: قطع غيار للمولدات (الجنراتورات) الخاصة بمجموعات توليد الكهرباء TD25 M

 بأن العقود الخاصة بالحصص رقم 01، 02، 03-01، 03-02، و04 قد تم منحها مؤقتا على النحو التالي:

الحصة رقم 01:بقيمة: 44 002.94يورو CFR/ميناء الجزائر و/او بجاية.

الحصة رقم 03-02: بقيمة: 12 034.00يوروCFR/ميناء الجزائر و/او بجاية.

- Export GmbH J. Eisenbarth- ألمانيا

الحصة رقم 02: بقيمة: 20 500.00يورو CFR/ميناء الجزائر و/او بجاية.

الحصة رقم 03-01: بقيمة: 87 500.00يوروCFR/ميناء الجزائر و/او بجاية.

الحصة رقم 04:بقيمة: 24 500.00يوروCFR/ميناء الجزائر و/او بجاية.

مدة العقد: أربعة (04) أشهر.

معيار الاختيار: العرض الأقل سعر على أساس السعر وحده.

يجوز لأي مقدم عرض يعترض على النتيجة الذي قام به هيكل التعاقد في إطار هده الصفقة، تقديم استئناف يجب توجيهه إلى رئيس لجنة مراقبة المطابقة للشركة وتقديمه إلى دائرة تحرير الصفقات، في غضون خمسة (05) أيام عمل من تاريخ نشر إشعار المنح المؤقت للصفقة في BAOSEM، وفقًا لإجراءات تمرين ومعالجة اعتراضات مقدمي العروض في أسواق المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء المشار إليها إلى النقطة 21 في القسم 1 (تعليمات لمقدمي العروض)، تحت طائلة البطلان من حيث الشكل.
