Sonatrach Activité RPC, Division Exploitation Raffinage, Raffinerie RA2K de Skikda, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°04/A/RA2K/2021 ayant pour objet : la fourniture de pièces de rechange pour pompes de marque FLOWSERVE ou équivalent,
Que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire WIT SAL INC – USA, pour un montant d’un million six cent soixante mille neuf cent douze Euros et huit centimes (1 660 912.08 €).
Le soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré, peut introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis sur le BAOSEM, auprès de la Structure Contractante :

Supply of spare parts for pumps of manufacture FLOWSERVE or equivalent
That the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tender WIT SAL INC - USA for the amounts of one million six hundred sixty thousand nine hundred twelve Euros and Eight cents (1 660 912, 08 €).
