L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres Ouvert à la Concurrence Nationale et Internationale réf. 10/DAGS/INVEST/2023, portant :

Fourniture de deux cents deux (202) divers camions, Quarante (40) minibus et un (01) ensemble de pièces de rechange, répartis en huit (08) lots :

Lot n° 01 : Un (01) camion 4x2 mixte anti-incendie,

Lot n° 02 : Un (01) camion 6x6 tout terrain atelier,

Lot n° 03 : Treize (13) camions 6x6 tout terrain station d’entretien,

Lot n° 04 : Quarante (40) minibus transport personnel 4x4 tout terrain,

Lot n° 05 : Quatre-vingt-dix (90) camions transport du personnel 4x4 tout terrain 24 places,

Lot n° 06 : Deux (02) camions 6x6 tout terrain châssis nus,

Lot n° 07 : Quatre-vingt-quatre (84) camions 4x4 tout terrain plateau,

Lot n° 08 : Onze (11) camions 6x6 tout terrain atelier vibrateur.

Que les lots n° 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07 et 08, ont été provisoirement attribués comme suit :

Critère de choix : l’offre économiquement la plus avantageuse.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF THE CONTRACT

Tender open to national and international competition n° 10/DAGS/INVEST/2023- Batchs n° 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07 and 08

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by a National and International Open Competitive invitation to tender n°10/DAGS/INVEST/2023, relating to supply of two hundred and two (202) various trucks, forty (40) minibuses and one (01) set of spare parts, divided into eight (08) Batchs:

• Batch n° 01: One (01) mixed 4x2 truck anti -fire,

• Batch n° 02: One (01) 6x6 off-road workshop truck,

• Batch n° 03: Thirteen (13) 6x6 off-road maintenance station trucks,

• Batch n° 04: Forty (40 ) 4x4 all-terrain personal transport minibus,

• Batch n° 05: Ninety (90) 24-seater all-terrain 4x4 personnel transport trucks,

• Batch n° 06: Two (02) 6x6 all-terrain bare chassis trucks ,

• Batch n° 07: Eighty-four (84) 4x4 all-terrain flatbed trucks,

• Batch n° 08: Eleven (11) 6x6 all-terrain trucks vibrator workshop.

Critère de choix : the most economically advantageous offer.

Any bidder who contests the choice made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Company's Compliance Control Committee and filed with the Procurement Department, within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of provisional award of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and dealing with appeals by tenderers to contracts of the E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to Tenderers), under penalty of rejection for inadmissibility in form.
