L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la consultation restreinte réf. 04/CR2/DAGS/INVEST/2025, portant:

Fourniture de deux (02) pompes à boue duplex sur remorque tractable avec moteur d’entrainement et un (01) lot de pieces de rechange

Que le contrat y afférent, a été provisoirement attribué au soumissionnaire ACARKARDEŞLER SONDAJ – Turquie comme suit :

Montant Avant négociation : 603 400.00 Dollars/CFR Port de Bejaia et/ou Djendjen.

Montant Après négociation: 600 000.00 Dollars/CFR Port de Bejaia et/ou Djendjen.

Délai de livraison : Six (06) Mois maximum.

Critère de choix : Continuation du processus avec la seule offre conforme.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 21 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF THE CONTRACT AFTER NEGOCIATION

N° 04/CR2/DAGS/INVEST/2025

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by tender ref: 04/CR2/DAGS/INVEST/2025, relating to:

Supply of two tractable double-acting duplex mud pump with drive engine, and one batch (01) of spare part

That the related contract was provisionally allocated to the bidder ACARKARDEŞLER SONDAJ – Turkey as follows:

Amount before Negociation: 603 400.00 Dollars/CFR Port of Bejaia and/or Djendjen.

Amount after Negociation: 600 000.00 Dollars/CFR Port of Bejaia and/or Djendjen.

Delivery time: six (06) months maximum.

Selection criteria: Continuation of the process with the only compliant offer.

Any bidder who contests the choice made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Company's Compliance Control Committee and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of provisional award of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and dealing with appeals by tenderers to contracts of the E. NA. GEO indicated in point 21 of Section 1 (Instructions to Tenderers), under penalty of rejection for inadmissibility in form.

اعلان عن منح مؤقت لصفقة بعد التفاوض

تعلم المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء مقدمي العروض الذين شاركوا بالاستشارة رقم      04/CR2/DAGS/INVEST/2025 المتعلقة بـ:

توريد مضختي طين الحفر ثنائية الاسطوانة ذات تأثير مزدوج قابلة للجر مزودتين بمحرك تشغيل مرفقة بحصة (01) من قطع غيا

 بأن العقد الخاص بالاستشارة قد تم منحه مؤقتا لمقدم العرض تركياACARKARDEŞLER SONDAJ –  على النحو التالي:

قيمة العقد قبل التفاوض:  603 400.00 دولار CFR / ميناء  بجاية و/أو جنجن.

قيمة العقد بعد التفاوض:  600 000.00 دولار CFR / مطار بجاية و/أو جنجن.

مدة العقد: ستة (06) أشهرعلى الاكثر.

معيار الاختيار: استمرار العملية مع العرض الوحيد الموافق لمتطلبات ملف الاستشارة.

يجوز لأي مقدم عرض يعترض على النتيجة الذي قام به هيكل التعاقد في إطار هده الصفقة، تقديم استئناف يجب توجيهه إلى رئيس لجنة مراقبة المطابقة للشركة وتقديمه إلى دائرة تحرير الصفقات، في غضون خمسة (05) أيام عمل من تاريخ نشر إشعار المنح المؤقت للصفقة في BAOSEM، وفقًا لإجراءات تمرين ومعالجة اعتراضات مقدمي العروض في أسواق المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء المشار إليها إلى النقطة 21 في القسم 1 (تعليمات لمقدمي العروض)، تحت طائلة البطلان من حيث الشكل.
