Avis d’attribution provisoire du lot N°02

Il est porté à la connaissance des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° 02/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/2024 relatif à :

Fourniture de quatre-vingt-dix-huit (98) motopompes de retour de condensat de vapeur en trois (03) Lots séparés pour les Complexes GL1Z et GL2Z

Paru au BAOSEM n° 2248 du 14/04/2024, que le contrat du lot N°02 « quarante-huit (48) motopompes de retour condensat de vapeur de type centrifuge vertical suspendues pour le Complexe GL2Z » de cet appel d’offres est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire dont l’offre financière classé en 1^er position, à savoir :

SARL ALLEXPORT « France », pour un montant de trois millions cinq-cents quatre-vingt-douze mille cent quatre-vingt –dix-sept euro et vingt et un centimes (3 592 197,21 Euro), soit la contrevaleur de cinq cent quarante-six millions trois cent quatorze mille deux cent quatre-vingt-trois Dinars et soixante et un centimes (546 314 283,61 DA)

Les soumissionnaires contestant le résultat du processus d’appel d’offres, peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la parution du présent avis sur le BAOSEM.

Notice of provisional award of lot No. 02

It is carried in the knowledge of the tenders having participated to the appeal of Offers National & international Opened n° 02/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/2024, relating to:

Supply of ninety-eight (98) motor-driven steam condensate return pumps in three (03) separate lots for the GL1Z and GL2Z complexes

Published in BAOSEM No. 2248 of 14/04/2024, the contract for Lot No. 02 "forty-eight (48) suspended vertical centrifugal steam condensate return motor pumps for the GL2Z Complex" of this call for tenders is provisionally awarded to the bidder whose financial offer ranks first, namely:

SARL ALLEXPORT "France", for an amount of three million five hundred ninety-two thousand one hundred ninety-seven euros and twenty-one cents (3,592,197.21 euros), or the equivalent of five hundred forty-six million three hundred fourteen thousand two hundred eighty-three dinars and sixty-one cents (546,314,283.61 dinars).

Bidders contesting the result of the call for tenders process may lodge an appeal within five (05) working days from the publication of this notice on BAOSEM.
