The Algeria, Company of the Industrial Project Realization (SARPI Spa), a 100% subsidiary of Sonatrach, located at: 24, Rue de Timgad, Hydra- Algiers, informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 06/A/2022, regarding:

Supply of fitting for hydrostatic tests, divided into 05 batches:

Batch n° 01: Supply of valves

Batch n° 02: Supply of fitting A

Batch n° 03: Supply of fitting B

Batch n° 04: Supply of flanges

Batch n° 05: Supply of hydrostatic equipment

That the batch n° 01 has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer COMMERCIALE TUBI ACCIAIO for an amount of 71 100.00 €

In letters: Seventy-One Thousand Euro

and the batches N° 02, 03 and 04 have been awarded to the tenderer TECHNO CAST for an amount of:

Batch n° 02: Supply of fitting A: 1 975 921.92 DZD Duty Free/ VAT Free

In letters: One Million, Nine Hundred and Seventy-Five Thousand, Nine Hundred and Twenty-One Algerian Dinars and Ninety-Two Cents.

Batch n° 03: Supply of fitting B: 1 499 960.72 DZD Duty Free/ VAT Free

In letters: One Million, Four Hundred and Ninety-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred and Sixty Algerian Dinars and Seventy-Two Cents

Batch n° 04: Supply of flanges: 25 631 334.96 DZD/ VAT Free

In letters: Twenty-Five Million, Six Hundred and Thirty-One Thousand, Three Hundred and Thirty-Four Algerian Dinars and Ninety-Six Cents

Batch n° 05: Declared Unsuccessful

Every tenderer questioning this provisional awarding may introduce recourse addressed to:

The President of the Contracts Commission

Deposited in return of an acknowledgment receipt, at the DPE Structure of SARPI Spa, in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem.

La Société Algérienne De Réalisation De Projets Industriels (SARPI spa), filiale à 100% SONATRACH sise à 24, rue de Timgad, Hydra, Alger, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert N°06/A/2022 portant : Fourniture de raccorderie pour les tests hydrostatiques

Allotie en cinq (05) lots :

Lot 01 : Fourniture de vannes.

Lot 02 : Fourniture de raccorderie A.

Lot 03 : Fourniture de raccorderie B.

Lot 04 : Fourniture de brides.

Lot 05 : Fourniture d’équipements des tests hydrostatiques

Que le lot 01 du marché soit attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire COMMERCIALE TUBI ACCIAIO d’un montant de : 71 100,00 Euros en chiffre,

Soit en lettres : Soixante Onze Mille Cent Euro.

Et le Lot 02 et Lot 03 et Lot 04 sont attribués provisoirement au soumissionnaire TECHNO CAST d’un montant de :

Lot 02 Fourniture de raccorderie A : 1 975 921,92 DZD/HTVA en chiffre.

Soit en lettres : Un Million Neuf Cent Soixante Quinze Mille Neuf Cent Vingt et Un Dinars et Quatre-Vingt-Douze Centimes.

Lot 03 Fourniture de raccorderie B : 1 499 960,72 DZD/HTVA en chiffre.

Soit en lettres : Un Million Quatre Cent Quatre-Vingt-Dix-Neuf Mille Neuf Cent Soixante Dinars et Soixante-Douze Centimes.

Lot 04 Fourniture de brides : 25 631 334,96 DZD/HTVA.

Soit en lettres : Vingt Cinq Million Six Cent Trente et Un Trois Cent Trente-Quatre Mille Dinars et Quatre-Vingt-Seize Centimes.

Lot 05 : Déclaré infructueux.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au président de la commission des marchés et déposé contre accuser de réception au niveau de la structure DPS de SARPI Spa au plus tard Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le bulletin des appels d’offres du secteur de l’énergie et des mines (BAOSEM).
