Que ce dernier , a été provisoirement attribué au soumissionnaire INTRACO SPA comme suit :

Montant du marché : 1 399 778,00 EUR/CFR Port de Bejaia et/ou Port de Djendjen (Algérie)

Note Financière (A) = 30

Note Technique (B) = 63,7

Note Totale (A+B) = 93,70

Délai de livraison : sept (07) mois,

Critère de choix : l’offre économiquement la plus avantageuse.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent marché, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux marchés de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by tender ref. 33/C/DAGS/INVEST/2022, relating to Supply of six (06) trucks 4x4 all terrain fridge door 23 M3 and one (01) set of spare parts.

Contract Amount: 1 399 778,00 Euro/CFR Port of Bejaia and/or Port of Djendjen (Algeria).

Financial Rating (B) = 63,7

Total Rating (A+B) = 93,70

Delivery time: Seven (07) months,

Selection criteria: the most economically advantageous offer.

Any tenderer who contests the choice made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Conformity Control Commission of the Company (CCCE) and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the provisional award notice of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and processing tenderers' appeals to contracts of E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to tenderers), failing which it will be rejected as inadmissible in form.
