Le Groupement RKF (SONATRACH/CEPSA), sise à Rhourde El Khrouf, 350 km au sud-est de Hassi Messaoud Wilaya de Ouargla, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° 23-BID-029 paru dans le BAOSEM n° 2220 du : 23/01/2024 sous réf 2220 089 00, portant sur :

Fourniture de Tenues de Travail et Equipements de Protection Individuels (EPI)», que le marché a été attribué provisoirement aux sociétés :

Lot 1 : EURL PHENIX CONFECTION

Lot 2 & Lot 3 : IGET Industrie

Lot 4 : Déclaré infructueux.

Lot 5 : LIBO

Lot 6 : ETIS

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution, peut introduire un recours déposé contre accusé de réception auprès du département Appros et Contrats du Groupement RKF dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM). Passé ce délai aucun recours ne sera recevable.

THE SUPPLY OF WORK CLOTHES AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

Groupement RKF (SONATRACH/CEPSA), sited 310 km South-East of Hassi Messaoud, inform tenderers who participated in the National & International Open call for tenders Ref. 23-BID-029 relating to :

Supply of work clothes and personal protective equipment (PPE)

published in BAOSEM N°. 2220 on January 23^rd, 2024 under ref. 2220 089 01, that the contract has been provisionally awarded to:

Lot 1 : EURL PHENIX CONFECTION

Lot 2 & Lot 3 : IGET Industrie

Lot 4 : Declared unsuccessful

Lot 5 : LIBO

Lot 6 : ETIS

The tenderers wishing to contest the results may introduce appeal against acknowledgment of receipt to Appro and Contract Department of RKF within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.

After this period, no appeal shall be receivable.
