 Fourniture de tôles en quatre (04) lots distincts

SONATRACH, Activité RPC, Division Exploitation Raffinage, Raffinerie de Skikda/ RA1K, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert N° RA1K/APR/006/2026, relatif à la fourniture de tôles en en quatre (04) lots distincts :

Lot N°1 : Tôles en acier pour bac de stockage,

Lot N°2 : Tôle en acier au carbone,

Lot N° 3 : Tôle en inox soudable,

Lot N°4 : Tôle en aluminium

publié sur le Baosem N°2497 du 06/04/2026, que le contrat est attribué provisoirement le 02/09/2026 comme suit:

• Lot N°01: Société KURVERS PIPING Sarl France, pour un montant de un million cent trente trois mille dollar américain (1 133 000.00 USD),

• Lot N°02: Société LAD TRADE SA Suisse, pour un montant de cinquante quatre mille sept cent onze dollar américains et trente sept centimes ( 54 711.37 USD)

• Lot N°03: Socéiét TUXOR Italie, pour un montant de vingt deux mille deux cent quatre vingt dix huit euros et quarante huit centimes (22 298.48 EUROS )

• Lot N°04:Société LAD TRADE SA Suisse, pour un montant de trente cinq mille sept cent trente dollar américain (35 730.00 USD).

Le soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré, peut introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis sur le BAOSEM.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER

Supply of sheet metal in four (04) separate batches

SONATARCH, RPC Activity, Refining Operations Division, Skikda Refinery (RA1K) informs all tenderers who have participated in the National and International Open invitation to N° RA1K/APR/006/2026, related to:

Supply of sheet metal divided into four (04) separate batches:
 batch No. 1: Steel sheets for storage tanks,
 batch No. 2: Carbon steel sheets,
 batch No. 3: Weldable stainless steel sheets,
 batch No. 4: Aluminum sheets.

Published on BAOSEM No. 2497 on April 06th  , 2026, that the contract has been provisionally awarded on September 02nd , 2026, as follows:

• Batch N°01: company KURVERS PIPING Sarl France, for an amount of 1 133 000.00 USD

• Batch N°02: company LAD TRADE SA Switzerland, for an amount of 54 711.37 USD

• Batch N°03: company TUXOR Italy, for an amount of 22 298.48 EUROS

• Batch N°04: company LAD TRADE SA Switzerland, for an amount of 35 730.00 USD

Any tenderer contesting the selection made may file a recourse within five (5) working days as of the date of publication of this notice on BAOSEM.

تعلن سوناطراك، نشاط التكرير والبتروكيمياء، فرع الاستغلال والتكرير، مصفاة سكيكدة/ RA1K، جميع المترشحين الذين شاركوا في المناقصة الوطنية و الدولية المفتوحة رقم RA1K /APR/006/2026 ، المتعلقة بـ:

توفير صفائح معدنية في 04 حصص منفصلة:

الحصة 1: صفائح فولاذية لحاويات التخزين،

الحصة 2: صفائح فولاذية كربونية،

الحصة 3: صفائح فولاذية مقاومة للصدأ قابلة للتلحيم،

الحصة 4: صفائح ألمنيوم

الصادرة بالباوسم عدد  بتاريخ 06 أفريل 2026، أن الصفقة قد تم منحها مؤقتا بتاريخ 02 سبتمبر 2026 كالتالي:

الحصة رقم 01: شركة KURVERS PIPING Sarl - فرنسا، مقابل مبلغ: 1.133.000.00 دولار امريكي.

الحصة رقم : شركة LAD TRADE SA - سويسرا، مقابل مبلغ: 54.711.37 دولار امريكي.

الحصة رقم : شركة TUXOR - ايطاليا ، مقابل مبلغ: 22.298.48 يورو.

الحصة رقم : شركة LAD TRADE SA - سويسرا، مقابل مبلغ: 35.730.00 دولار امريكي.

يمكن للمترشحين الذين يعارضون المنح المؤقت تقديم طعن في غضون 05 أيام عمل ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان بالباوسم.
