Les personnes physiques et/ou morales, intéressées par l’Avis Appel d'Offres National et International Ouvert N° 006/SH/EP/DP/HR/DA/2021 relatif à la « Fourniture de tubes pour échangeurs de chaleur pour les unités de traitement de gaz de la Direction Régionale de Hassi R’Mel », réparti en Deux (02) lots :

• Lot N° 02 : Tubes lisses pour échangeurs de chaleur E 201, E 202 et E203

Paru au BAOSEM N°1882 du 17/05/2021, qu’après examen du dossier pour son attribution définitive par la Commission des Marchés, l’avis d’attribution provisoire pour le Lot N°02 au soumissionnaire TUBE AND FITTING INTERNATIONAL –Allemagne, publié au BAOSEM N° 1992 du 31/03/2022, est annulé.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

Natural and/or legal persons interested in the Open National and International Invitation to Tender N°:006/SH/EP/DP/HR/DA/2021 relating to the: «Supply of tubes for heat exchangers for treatment units of gas of the Regional Direction of Hassi R'Mel» divided into Two (02) batches:

• Batch N°02: Smooth tubes for heat exchangers E 201, E 202 and E203

 

Published in BAOSEM N°1882 of 17/05/2021, after examination of the file for its final award by the Tenders Commission, the notice of provisional award for Batch N°02 to the tenderer TUBE AND FITTING INTERNATIONAL – Germany, published in BAOSEM N° 1992 of 31/03/2022, is cancelled.
