AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU MARCHE

La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB, Direction Engineering et Procurement, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Sélective :

N°28/PRC/DEP/GCB/2025, portant sur la fourniture de :

Lot 01 : Vannes Manuelles et Clapets Anti-Retour

Lot 02 : Vannes de Ligne

Au profit du Projet : Remplacement de L’Oleoduc OD1 16’’ 134 Km (TD PC01 – TA/Mesdar).

Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : PRIMEX STEEL TRADING.

Pour un montant global de :

Lot 01 :

Soit en chiffres : 108 541,00 USD ;

Soit en lettres : CENT HUIT MILLE CINQ CENT QUARANTE-UN DOLLARS AMERICAINES/CFR Port Algérien De Destination.

Lot 02 :

Soit en chiffres : 161 527,00 USD ;

Soit en lettres : Cent Soixante Un Mille Cinq Cent Vingt-Sept Dollars AMERICAINES/CFR Port Algérien De Destination.

Et ce conformément à la procédure passation des contrats interne de la Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables qui suivent la parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché sur le BAOSEM et se auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

The National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB, Engineering and Procurement Department, informs the bidders who participated in the Consultation Selective:

No.28/PRC/DEP/GCB/2025, relating to the supply of:

That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: PRIMEX STEEL TRADING.

For a total amount of:

Lot 01 :

Soit en chiffres : 108 541,00 USD ;

Lot 02 :

Soit en chiffres : 161 527,00 USD ;

And this in accordance with the internal contracting procedure of the National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB.

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) days opening following the publication of this notice of provisional contract award on the BAOSEM and contact the contracting structure at the following address:
