تبلغ المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء مقدمي العروض الذين شاركوا بالمناقصة رقم 32/C/DAGS/INVEST/2022   التي تتعلق بتوريد:

سبعين (70) مركبة خفيفة لجميع الطرق 4*4 ستيشن

بأن الأخير تم إعلان عدم جدوى المشروع من قبل لجنة تقييم العروض التقنية بسبب عدم كفاية العروض التقنية التي تستجيب لمتطلبات ملف المناقصة.

يجوز لأي مقدم عرض ان يعترض على الاختيار الذي قام به هيكل التعاقد في إطار هذه الصفقة، تقديم استئناف يجب توجيهه إلى رئيس لجنة مراقبة المطابقة للشركة وتقديمه إلى دائرة تحرير الصفقات، في غضون خمسة (05) أيام عمل من تاريخ نشر إشعار المنح المؤقت للصفقة إلى BAOSEM، وفقًا لإجراءات تمرين ومعالجة اعتراضات مقدمي العروض في أسواق المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء المشار إليها إلى النقطة 24 في القسم 1 (تعليمات لمقدمي العروض)، تحت طائلة الرفض لعدم المقبولية في الشكل.

Gré à gré après consultation N° 32/C/DAGS/INVEST/2022

L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé au gré à gré après consultation réf : 32/C/DAGS/INVEST/2022, portant :

Fourniture de Soixante-dix (70) véhicules légers tout-terrains 4x4 station wagon.

Que ce dernier, a été déclaré infructueux par la Commission d’Évaluation des Offres Techniques pour cause d’insuffisance d’offres techniques jugées conformes aux exigences du dossier de consultation.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent marché, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux marchés de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

The National Geophysical Company « ENAGEO » informs the tenderers who participated at the tender ref. 32/C/DAGS/INVEST/2022, relating to:

Supply of Seventy (70) light off-road vehicles 4x4 station wagon.

That the latter, was declared unsuccessful by the Commission for the Evaluation of Technical Offers due to insufficient technical offers deemed to comply with the requirements of the consultation file.

Any tenderer who contests the choice made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Conformity Control Commission of the Company (CCCE) and filed with the Procurement Department, within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of the provisional award notice of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and processing tenderers' appeals to contracts of E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to tenderers), failing which it will be rejected as inadmissible in form.
