Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par le service contractant peuvent introduire un recours dans les dix (10) jours à compter à partir de la date de la première publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoir, auprés du président de la Commission Des Marchés de l’Unite du service contractant domciliée à l’adresse suivant: Unité de Maintenance et Fabrication de la pièce de rechange « UMFPDR », société du groupe Sonelgaz Zone industrielle Draa El Hadja B.P 178M’sila 28000 Algérie.

PROVISIONAL CONTACT AWARDING

In accordance with the provisions of the market regulations applicable to Sonelgaz group companies, the Algerian Company of Electric and Gas Industries SAIEG/ JSC, Maintenance and Spare Part Manufacturing Unit “UMFPDR”, Supply Division, informs all bidders having participated in the national and international open competitive after consultation mutual consensual agreement N°1-28/DAP/UMFPDR/SAIEG/2024 appeared on the BAOSEM n°2317 of 03^rd November 2024 relating to:

Supply of Accessories for mounting the shrouds of a GE Frame 9 Upgrade turbine

that the contract is provisionally awarded to the following bidder :
